- We will fry it in fat tail fat. If there is none, then ordinary vegetable oil without aroma will do.
Step 1. First you need to fry the meat in very hot oil until golden brown. The crust will allow the pieces of pork to remain juicy on the inside. The pieces should be medium in size; you can cut them into cubes or into strips. This does not affect the taste of the finished dish in any way.
