Required components:

  • 200 gr. crab sticks;
  • 3 large testicles;
  • 400 gr. corn in a jar;
  • 250 gr. pickled mushrooms;
  • 200 gr. the freshest bread;
  • 120 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 10 gr. lemon juice;
  • 20 gr. parsley;
  • 2 gr. salt;
  • 2 gr. pepper

Production in stages:

  1. The crackers are prepared first. For this purpose, the freshest bread is cut into small cubes and poured into a frying pan, in which it is fried without adding oil. Then they are cooled.
  2. Thawed crab sticks are freed from the existing film and each stick is individually cut into small cubes.
  3. Place the eggs in a saucepan, add water and boil for no more than 12 minutes. After they have expired, the boiling water is drained and cool water is poured in, in which the eggs are cooled. Then they clean it and cut it finely with a knife.
  4. The jar in which the mushrooms are located is opened, the marinade is drained, the mushrooms themselves are laid out on a board and each specimen is alternately cut into slices.
  5. They also open the jar of corn and drain the marinade as well.
  6. Pour all the currently prepared products into a bowl, sprinkle them with a little lemon juice, pour in mayonnaise, add pepper and salt as needed, and combine everything well with a spoon.
  7. The greens are washed, placed on a board and finely chopped with a knife.
  8. The salad is generously sprinkled with chopped herbs.

Corn grain contains 5% fat, 10% protein and 70% carbohydrates. A lot of vitamin A , linoleic acid, omega-6, fiber. In addition, it is an excellent source of carotenoids. Fiber allows you to eat and quickly feel full, which is certainly useful for those who are not on a diet and do not want to gain extra pounds.

The grains also contain vitamins (a low-molecular organic compound of relatively simple structure, necessary for all living things) C, B3. Also mineral components are selenium, phosphorus, manganese and copper. In our current article we will look at making corn salads. There are, of course, thousands of options. But we will carefully discuss only one subtype - salads with croutons and corn.

Bean salad

Ingredients needed to make bean salad:

  • pickled white beans – 150 g
  • pickled corn – 200 g
  • boiled sausage – 150 g
  • Estonian cheese – 200 g
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • green onion feathers – 10 g
  • salt, ground dark pepper - a pinch
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • crackers – 50 g

Crackers for this salad can be purchased at the store in any flavor, or you can prepare it yourself. To do this, you need to cut snow-white bread into small cubes or strips, and then place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Dry until golden brown and ready to eat.

Open the can of beans, drain the liquid, and place the required amount of beans in a salad bowl. Also open the can of corn, drain the marinade and place the corn in the bowl with the beans.

Wash the cucumbers and cut into small cubes. Also cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the Estonian cheese on a large grater. Add all this to a bowl with corn and beans, also add finely chopped green onions, chopped garlic and sprinkle with salt. Also add a little dark ground pepper to the salad and pour mayonnaise over everything.

The finished salad can be stored in the refrigerator, but just before serving, place croutons on top so that they remain slightly crispy.

Ham salad

Ingredients needed to make ham salad:

  • white cabbage – 500 g
  • ham – 200 g
  • pickled corn – 1 jar
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • crackers – 100 g
  • salt - a pinch

The cabbage in this salad must be chopped into thin strips, and then mashed a little with your hands so that it becomes softer. Cut the ham into strips and add to the cabbage. Open the can of corn, drain the liquid and add the contents to the salad. Salt all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Stir the finished salad moderately.

Crackers can be prepared independently by cutting snow-white bread into cubes and drying them over low heat in the oven. Add croutons to the salad just before serving the salad.

Salad with olives

Ingredients needed to make olive salad:

  • Russian cheese – 300 g
  • smoked chicken meat – 300 g
  • dark pitted olives – 1 jar
  • Chinese cabbage – 400 g
  • Bacon flavored croutons – 2 packs
  • salt, ground dark pepper - a pinch
  • olive oil – 100 g
  • pickled corn – 100 g

The cheese in this salad must be cut into strips. Cut the smoked chicken meat into thin strips. Remove the olives from the jar and cut into rings. Divide the Chinese cabbage into leaves and thoroughly wash each leaf. After this, dry and chop into thin strips.

Mix all the prepared salad ingredients in one bowl, salt, pepper and season with olive oil, although you can also use sunflower oil, this will not spoil the taste. It’s also worth adding a little pickled corn and stirring again.

Crackers should be added to the salad just before serving, so that they absorb only a little water, but remain crispy. Can be added in portions as you consume the salad.

Salad with bell pepper

Ingredients needed to make bell pepper salad:

  • canned pineapples – 1 can
  • bell pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Chinese cabbage – 500 g
  • pickled corn – 1 jar
  • rye crackers – 80 g
  • mayonnaise – 200 g

Peking cabbage should be divided into leaves and thoroughly washed. After this, dry and finely chop. Wash the sweet bell pepper, peel it, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.

Open the jar of pineapples, drain the liquid, and cut the rings into small cubes.
Also open the jar of corn, drain the marinade, and mix the corn with the previous salad ingredients. Season the finished salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Crackers should be added to the salad before serving so that they do not absorb too much water and remain slightly crunchy.

Salad with croutons and chicken fillets

Ingredients needed to make the salad:

  • smoked chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • pickled corn – 1 jar
  • crab sticks – 200 g
  • crackers – 50 g
  • mayonnaise – 150 g

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Also cut the crab sticks into cubes. Open the can of corn, strain through a colander and mix with the previous ingredients. Season the salad with mayonnaise, stir and add croutons before serving.

Salad with garlic

Ingredients needed to make garlic salad:

  • crackers – 200 g
  • beans – 400 g
  • pickled corn – 1 jar
  • canned cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • champignons – 400 g
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • sunflower oil – 30 g
  • salt, ground dark pepper - a pinch
  • mayonnaise – 200 g
  • green lettuce leaves – 6 pcs.

The beans must be prepared ahead of time. Fill it with cool water and leave it overnight (that is, in the dark) . During the day, put on fire, add salt and cook over low heat until done. Place the finished beans in a colander.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel, rinse and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and place the champignons and onions in a hot frying pan. Fry until golden brown and then cool.

Open the jar of corn, drain the marinade, and place the contents in a bowl. Peel and crush the garlic using a press. Remove the canned cucumbers from the jar and cut into small cubes.

Crackers can be purchased ready-made in the store, or you can make them yourself. Cut the bread into strips and dry in the oven until golden brown.

Mix all prepared salad ingredients in one bowl, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir the finished salad moderately and place on a plate decorated with green lettuce leaves, which have been washed and dried beforehand.
