1. First, prepare vegetables and bread for scrambled eggs. To do this, carefully cut the bell pepper so that the cut comes out very even, and remove the seeds and the middle.
2. Next, peel the onion, cut it into thick circles and take the largest ones. Cut a slice of bread evenly and cut a hole in it (any shape, mine turned out to be a rectangle.
Scrambled eggs in bread “Crispy crust”
Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
Greens - to taste
Dark pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.

Cut 2 pieces of crusty bread.

Hard cheese – 70 G
Tomato – 1 piece

Sausage – 100-150 G (take Krakow or any other pork)

To make this dish, I use snow-white bread, but you can also use dark bread. The crust of the bread needs to be cut off. Cut the pulp itself into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes too. We do the same with sausage. If you take the Krakow one (like me), do not forget to remove the film from the sausage. When fried, it becomes rough. Eating such a dish will be unpleasant.
Scrambled eggs on bread “A lot of things”
1 tsp rub parsley
2 tbsp grated cheese
40 g salted lard
1 small onion
Cut the lard into pieces and fry it. Add chopped onion.
Each piece of bread (thickness
