Use:
- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 250 gr. low-fat cream;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tsp. flour;
- 0.5 tsp. salt and dark ground pepper;
- 2-3 sprigs of dill;
- 2-3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.

How to cook:
- Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings.
- Heat a frying pan with oil. Choose a dish with a diameter of at least 27 cm to cook chicken fillet in cream sauce in a frying pan in one serving.
- Place the pieces close to each other on a hot surface. If the dimensions allow, try so that they do not touch. Otherwise, instead of frying, the chicken will be stewed.

- Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
- Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil. For the richest taste, you can mix sunflower oil with butter.
- Place chicken pieces on a hot surface. Brown on both sides. We recommend using tongs for turning. They carefully capture the meat without puncture. Accordingly, the juice remains inside.
- Thanks to the presence of oil, fillet in a creamy sauce in a frying pan acquires the most intense flavor when fried.
- When the golden crust covers both sides of the pieces, it's time to add the onion. Fry it for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the peppers and fry the contents of the pan for 5-7 minutes.
- Salt, add barberry and paprika.
- Pour cream over meat and vegetables. If there is no cream, use sour cream with a fat content higher than 15%.

Let's prepare the necessary products.
Wash the chicken breast, dry it with napkins, separate it from the bone and cut it into small pieces. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, paprika and ground black pepper, stir, and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Fry the garlic in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Then remove the garlic from the pan.
Add chicken to the pan where the garlic was fried.
Fry until golden brown on all sides over low heat.
Then add a little water to the chicken, reduce the heat, and simmer the meat for 20-25 minutes under the lid.
For the sauce, grate the cheese on a large grater.
Add cream to cheese.

Georgian chicken in creamy garlic sauce
The recipe was invented in the mountain village of Chkmeri, but over time, thanks to its wonderful taste, the dish became famous throughout the world. The secret is in the creamy sauce served with the fried chicken. To make it, take any parts of the bird.
- Chicken, carcass – 1.3 kg.
- Parsley, cilantro - a large bunch.
- Garlic cloves – 5 pcs.
- Cream 20% - 0.5 liters.
- Sunflower oil – 2-3 huge spoons.
- Salt, pepper, suneli hops.
If desired, add paprika, and it is permissible to replace the cilantro with basil.
Step by step recipe:
Very finely chop the cilantro and parsley, add sparingly, the herbs will give the food a unique smell.
In the same way, chop the garlic cloves into crumbs.
Place them in a common plate, season with salt, suneli hops, and pepper.
Pour in the cream, stir thoroughly - the sauce is ready. Leave it to steep for now, and in the meantime, get to the meat.
Rinse the chicken and cut into pieces. Beat each part with a culinary hammer so that the meat is fried faster.
Place the chopped chicken in a bowl, pepper, salt, add oil and stir well, distributing the meat and seasonings over the fillet.

- Chicken (legs, drumsticks) – 4 pcs.
- Cream - a glass.
- Parmesan cheese – 50 gr.
- Garlic – 4 cloves.
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 250 gr.
- Broth – ½ cup.
- Sunflower oil - a large spoon.
- Salt, pepper, parsley.
- Wash the chicken meat and dry it slightly with a cardboard napkin. Rub with seasonings and leave for a quarter of an hour to marinate the chicken.
- Chop the mushrooms into plates and chop the garlic cloves.
- Place the meat pieces in the oil heated in a frying pan. Fry until cooked and beautifully browned. Transfer the pieces to a plate.
- Place chopped garlic in the remaining oil from the chicken. Fry for a minute, no more. Add mushroom tenderloin. Fry together for 5 minutes.
- Pour cream into the frying pan and a little broth (you can add it if there is not enough sauce).
- When the sauce boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Grate the cheese into small crumbs and add to the cream. Season with spices.
- Return the bird to the pan. Warm together for 2-3 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
