A delightful thing is a multicooker; you can cook virtually anything in it, even a pie. We tried it at one point, it was absolutely nothing, delicious.
The family will certainly appreciate this pie over a cup of tea in the evening.
We will need:
- Cottage cheese – 400 g;
- Sugar – 350 g;
- Semolina – 150-200 g;
- Drink – 200 g;
- Sour cream – 200 g;
- Testicles – 5 pcs.;
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons;
- A pinch of salt;
- Candied fruits and a chocolate bar.
Soak the cereal in a glass of kefir, mix thoroughly and leave to swell.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them separately. Pour a glass of sugar, baking powder, salt into the yolks and beat until a snow-white homogeneous mass. Pour cottage cheese, candied fruits or finely chopped dried fruits and swollen semolina there. Beat everything thoroughly until the mixture becomes airy.
