Now I decided to make farfalle with available summer vegetables. Well, with Italian herbs - after all, what seasonings can you use with Italian pasta? I decided that only Italian
It turned out tasty, spicy and summery - what more could you need? Well, perhaps just some ordinary salad in addition.
Difficulty - everything is quite simple
Production time - approximately half an hour
To make farfalle with Italian herbs and vegetables, you need the following products:
Manufacturing process
Peeled the onion and cut it into half rings.
Mixed butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Place the onion and fry for 3 minutes.
Added Italian herbs. I cut the peppers, removing the seeds first.
I cut the zucchini into not very large cubes.
I put the pepper and zucchini into the frying pan with the onions and added mustard seeds.
I added a little salt. Boil the farfalle in salted water until al dante (according to the instructions on the package).
When the zucchini was ready, I placed the farfalle in the pan.
Mixed everything together.
Added a spoonful of soy sauce. Covered it with a lid. And after 1 minute she turned off the fire. That's all, farfalle with vegetables and Italian herbs is ready!
It turned out very tasty! High-quality pasta made from hard wheat and spices do their job - even those who claim that they do not like pasta in any form will eat a frying pan at once.

Recipe for “Farfalle with vegetables in soy sauce”:
Boil cabbage for 10 minutes, chop vegetables
Cut the chicken and simmer with soy sauce until fully cooked. Add water as needed (simmering takes about 35 minutes)
Simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes over high heat, add salt to release the juice. And add Kikkoman soy sauce.
Boil the farfalle pasta, place the cooked pasta on a plate, add chicken and vegetables to it. The dish is ready!

Pasta, or as we say, pasta, is a semi-finished product of dried dough made from hard wheat flour, bran, and sometimes even semolina.
Often the paste is colored in different colors by introducing different natural coloring materials (spinach, beets, carrots, etc.). The paste comes in many different shapes.
With all the variety of pasta forms in Italy, one of the most exotic and beautiful is farfalle pasta (Italian: farfalle - butterfly). Paste made from hard wheat in the shape of bows or butterflies. The unique shape is very popular with children. In general, I like it too. The highlight of farfalle is that they are slightly firmer in the middle, and soft and tender on the sides. But you need to cook the farfalle strictly according to the time indicated on the package, otherwise they will simply boil over.
Farfalle is great mixed with vegetable sauces, suitable for poultry and even for warm salads. By and large, farfalle goes better with non-standard sauces than other pastas. There is room for imagination and testing. For example, chicken farfalle can be prepared in hundreds of different ways.
