Melt the cheese with melted milk over low heat. Add a little butter there and mix. Cut the canned cucumbers into thin strips.

Mix everything in a small salad bowl. Drizzle with mustard. Add salt. Stir vigorously. Pour the cheese and milk mixture over the salad. And sprinkle crushed yolk on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
