- Immediately fry the pieces of onion and chicken in any heated oil.
- When both products are ready, add water. Wait for it to heat up. Place dry noodles in a frying pan.
- Cook for 6 - 7 minutes, only after that stir. Add salt and spices to taste.

- soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l.;
- water – 1 tbsp.;
- salt and spices.

- To prepare the dish under discussion in soy sauce, you first need to fry pieces of onion and chicken in a frying pan with some fat. Both products should be slightly browned.
- When the chicken and onions are fully cooked, add the bell pepper slices. Simmer everything until extremely soft.
- Pour in water and soy sauce, add dry funchose to the rest of the products. You need to be careful with the noodle block because it is very fragile.
- After 6 - 7 minutes, mix everything, add spices and salt to taste. You must not overdo it with extremes, because there is enough of it in soy sauce.

With sweet and sour taste
If you can’t find a tasty sweet and sour sauce on sale, you can create it yourself.
- funchose – 1 package;
- chicken meat – 180 – 20 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- soy sauce – 7 tbsp. l.;
- confectionery sugar – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- sweet pepper – 2 pods;
- potato starch – 1 tsp;
- table vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Place the noodles in salted boiling water. Cook for 12 – 14 minutes. Wash with boiling water.
- Fry the chicken strips until done. Add small cubes of garlic and pieces of sweet pepper to them. Simmer the food under the lid for 6 – 7 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, starch, sugar, vinegar and 5 - 6 tbsp. l. water. You can add black or light sesame to the mixture. Pour the sauce over the bird.
- Add the prepared funchose to the frying pan. Mix all.
Serve the dish in portions with cherry tomatoes.
Funchose and chicken salad
Korean carrots for such a snack can be taken ready-made or created independently.
- chicken breast – 1 pc.;
- Korean carrots – 280 – 300 g;
- fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
- bell pepper – 1 pc.;
- funchose – packaging;
- fresh herbs, soy sauce, coriander, olive oil, salt.
- Place dry funchose in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over. Throw the noodles in this form under a tightly closed lid for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Cut the cucumber and its skin into thin, long pieces.
- Grind the bell pepper in the same way. A vegetable of any color will do.
- Boil the poultry breast until done. Cool directly in the broth.
- Mix vegetables and chicken. Add carrots and prepared funchose to them. (you must carefully drain the water from it first).

- sauce – 1 regular package (75 g);
- poultry fillet – 1 pc.;
- noodles - 2 bars;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- sesame and vegetable oil.
- To prepare funchose with Teriyaki chicken, you first need to soak the noodles in water, following the instructions on the package. By the way, in this recipe you can successfully combine the bird with any other pasta or, for example, with buckwheat noodles.
- Cut the chicken meat into careful thin and approximately similar strips. Chop the garlic very finely. First fry the last one in hot oil.
- When a pleasant garlic smell appears, add the bird to the pan.

- oil, salt and pepper.
- Cut into strips or small random pieces any peeled mushrooms, onions, carrots and peppers. By the way, vegetables prepared for the winter and frozen are perfect for this recipe.
- Heat the oil well in a deep frying pan. First, fry the onion in it, and then, when the vegetable has softened, add pieces of raw chicken meat. Give the chicken to change color.
