Ingredients

  • 3 testicles;
  • 10–11 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2–3 sprigs of parsley;

  • 300 g crab sticks;
  • 3 pita breads.

Manufacturing

Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool. Finely chop and mix with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese on a medium or large grater. Pass the garlic through a press. Chop the greens. Stir everything with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Finely chop the crab sticks or grate them on a large grater. Add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Lightly grease the pita bread with mayonnaise. Place cheese and herbs on the first one and wrap it in a roll. On the 2nd - a little mayonnaise and eggs. Wrap the first one in it. Grease the third pita bread with mayonnaise and spread crab sticks over it. Tightly wrap the roll, which is made of 2 parts, into it. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 3. Lavash roll with tuna

Ingredients

  • 4 testicles;
  • 1 sprig of dill;
  • 1 can of canned tuna (can be replaced with sardines, saury or other fish);
  • 200 g of hard cheese (can be replaced with processed cheese);
  • 3 pita breads;
  • 200 g mayonnaise.

Manufacturing

Boil the eggs until tender, 10 minutes. Cool, finely chop and mix with chopped dill.

Drain the liquid from the canned food, then mash the fish with a fork. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise. Place the fish on the first layer and spread over the entire surface. Roll it up. Ingredients

  • 2 testicles;
  • 125 g hard cheese;
  • 1 can of cod liver;
  • 3–4 sprigs of dill or parsley;
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt - to taste;

Manufacturing

  • 200–250 g cheese;
  • 1 bunch of parsley or other herbs;

6. Lavash roll with chicken and Korean carrots

Ingredients

  • 200–250 g chicken breast fillet;
  • salt - to taste;
  • pepper - to taste;
  • seasonings for chicken - to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;

  • 1 small bunch of dill (can be halved with cilantro);
  • 1 pita bread;
  • 150–200 g cream cheese;
  • 100 g Korean carrots;

Manufacturing

Sprinkle chicken fillet with salt, pepper and seasoning. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bird for 10 minutes or a little longer. Cool and cut into slices.

Grate the cucumber using a Korean carrot grater. Chop the greens.

Grease the pita bread with cream cheese. Add carrots, cucumber and chicken. Apply a narrow mesh of mayonnaise on top. Roll into a tight roll. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. Then cut into portions.

7. Lavash roll in the oven with sausage and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 5–7 sprigs of dill or parsley;
  • 200 g sausage (boiled and half-smoked or just boiled);
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 testicle;

  • 100 g sour cream or mayonnaise.

Manufacturing

Ingredients

  • 350 g potatoes;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 20 g butter;

Ingredients

  • 100 g poppy seeds;
  • 300 g cottage cheese;
  • 50 g sugar;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 2 pita breads;

Soak the poppy seeds in boiling water for 5–6 minutes. Then drain the liquid.

  • 100 g walnuts;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 300 g boiled condensed milk;
