- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sausage (Doctor's sausage) – 200 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Hard cheese (100-150g) - 150 g
Inside No. 2
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard (French mustard beans) - 1 tsp.
- Salami – 100 g
- Champignons – 100 g
- Hard cheese (100-150g) - 150 g
- Tomato (1 large, or 2 small) - 1 pc.

Recipe for “Pizza with yeast”:
In 20 ml. Add sugar and yeast to warm water. I stir and set aside.
Sift flour into a deep bowl and make a well.
Add salt, olive oil, yeast, 180 ml of water.
I mix first with a fork, then with my hands for about 10 minutes, until the dough stops sticking to my hands and becomes soft and tender.
Cover the dough with a dry, unstained towel and leave the dough in a warm, draft-free place for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, knead the first piece for 30 seconds. Roll out into a circle with a diameter of 32 cm.
Place in a baking dish and prick with a fork so that the dough does not puff up during baking.
I leave the dough to rest for 3 minutes.
In the meantime, I boil 100g of frozen corn in grains for 3-5 minutes in lightly salted water (you can use canned).
I grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater.
Now I grease the dough with ketchup.
I put out the sausage.
Corn.
Cheese.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Look at your own oven.
Now let's move on to the 2nd pizza.
Knead the second piece of dough for 30 seconds, roll it out to a diameter of 32 cm and pierce it with a fork. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
Lubricate with mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard beans.
Place salami, fried champignons (for almost a minute) (raw can be used), tomato and sprinkle with cheese.
We also place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes (see your own oven).

- high-grade wheat flour – 200 g;
- purified water – 125 ml;
- instant granulated yeast - 1 ¼ tsp. spoons;

- salt – 1 teaspoon. spoon;
- chicken breast – 100 g;
- fresh tomato – 1-2 pieces;
- sweet pepper – ½ piece;
- olives – 20-25 pieces;

Preparation:
- Heat the water to a temperature of 36-38°.
- Pour the water into a bowl with high sides. Add sweet sand and fast-acting granulated yeast.

Dissolve yeast in water.

Knead the dough and divide it into two parts.
Knead one part of the dough thoroughly for 15-20 minutes and place in a warm place to proof for 1.5-2 hours. At the same time, so that the dough does not dry out on top, cover with a damp towel on top.
And carefully knead the second part and place it in the refrigerator for 1-3 days, if you are not planning to bake the pizza now.
While doing this, cover the pizza with plastic wrap.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm water and add 50 grams of flour. Place the yeast mixture in a warm space for 30 minutes. After this time, bubbles should form.
Mix the remaining 350 grams of flour with salt, sugar and olive oil. Add the yeast mixture and the remaining water (100 ml). Knead the dough until it becomes elastic.
Form the resulting dough into a ball, place in a large saucepan, cover with a lid and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours, or better yet, 48 or 60 hours.
Roll out the dough balls on a floured surface to a width of 2-3 mm. Place the filling on the pizza. Let the pizza sit for 10 minutes. Then bake for several minutes in an oven preheated to 270 degrees.
Recipe for making frisky yeast pizza
Before the inside is laid out, a round piece of pizza dough should be coated with sauce. Pizza sauce options:
