There is nothing tastier than a frisky, crumbly and tender banana pie with chocolate. We offer 3 very simple and quick recipes for chocolate pies.
Banana pie with chocolate
- 2 pcs. banana;
- 2 pcs. eggs;
- 152 g sugar;
- 100 g butter;
- 200 g premium flour;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;
- 100 g chocolate.
Wash the bananas, peel them, place them in a bowl for kneading dough and mash with a fork until smooth.
Then add eggs and softened butter, then stir until smooth.
High-grade flour is sifted, after which it is added to an egg consistency, baking powder is added, stirring until the lumps disappear.
At the end of the kneading, add pieces of chocolate and mix.
Chocolate can be used in bars or by weight. It is usually sold by weight. It is sold in small or large shapes.
Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and put it in the oven to bake at 180 C until golden brown.
Chocolate cake with bananas and chocolate frosting
- 200 g sweet sand;
- 110 g butter;
- 135 g sour cream;
- 2 testicles;
- 2 bananas;
- 35 g cocoa;
- 1 g citric acid.
- 55 g butter;
- 60 g dark chocolate.
Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl, add sugar and vanillin and beat with a whisk until smooth. Then add sour cream, continuing to beat.
Add one egg at a time into the mixture, continuing to beat.
Separately in the bowl add 2 tbsp. l. water, soda and citric acid, mix until the ingredients dissolve and add to the creamy mass.
Separately, sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl, mix until smooth and add to the dough, kneading it until the lumps disappear.
Place in a baking dish on greased parchment paper. Then lay out the dough, distributing it throughout the entire form.
Large bananas (2 pcs.) are cut into round pieces and placed on top of the dough, deepening them slightly with a fork.
The form with the dough is sent to bake in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of up to 180 C.
The hot pie is taken out of the oven, inspected for readiness with a wood stick, piercing it through. If the stick is dry, the cake is ready, after which it is released from the mold and parchment paper.
While it is cooling prepare the chocolate glaze.
The butter is combined with pieces of chocolate and heated in a water bath until a homogeneous mass is formed, after which the pie is poured.
After the glaze has hardened, the pastries are cut into pieces and served with tea.
Chocolate banana pie in a slow cooker
- 230 g flour;
- 2 selected chicken eggs;
- 120 g sweet sand;
- 35 g cocoa powder;
- 100 g butter;
- 10 g baking powder;
- 3 pcs. bananas
- Using a blender, the bananas are crushed into a homogeneous mass. Then add soft butter and mix with a blender.
- Add sweet sand, eggs, flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder to the mixture and mix until a thick, homogeneous dough is formed.
- Grease the multicooker bowl and lay out the dough, close the lid, then bake in the “Multi-cooker” or “Baking” mode for 1 hour at a temperature of 125 C.
After an hour, the pie is removed using a steamer basket.
Chocolate banana pie
Delicious, chocolatey, juicy and very easy to make pie! Just pour the dough over the bananas and the cake is ready for tea!
Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Pie:
Dough
- Wheat flour / Flour – 280 g
- Cocoa powder - 50 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
- Salt - 1 pinch.
- Baking powder (heaped) - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs
- Sunflower oil – 60 ml
- Milk – 280 ml
- Butter - 60 g
- Banana – 4 pcs
Glaze
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Milk (5-7 tbsp) - 5 tbsp. l.
- Butter - 15 g

Recipe for Chocolate Banana Pie:
Mix all the dry ingredients: sift the flour and cocoa, add baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, sunflower oil, milk, and butter at room temperature to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well, you can use a whisk, but it’s better, of course, with a mixer, so that a homogeneous dough comes out.
My mold is 24 cm, I covered the bottom with parchment paper. Take bananas, peel them, cut them into pieces and put them in a mold. The more bananas there are, the tastier it will be.
Pour the dough on top so that it covers the bananas. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, depending on your oven. We check readiness with a wooden stick. If your oven is too hot, you can cover the pie with foil after 20-30 minutes.
Let the finished cake cool slightly and prepare the glaze.
Mix sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, add milk one spoon at a time so that the glaze does not become watery. A little more or a little less milk might be useful. Stirring, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. At the end, add a piece of butter and remove from heat.
Pour glaze over the cake and let it cool.
We cut the pie and invite everyone to drink tea. the cake comes out very tasty, moist, with the smell of banana. Bon appetit!

Sponge cake with chocolate and banana
After production, this dessert turns out to be very fluffy, light and tasty, but at the same time there are no expensive ingredients in the recipe. This delicacy is prepared very quickly; it does not require any specific culinary skills, so virtually everyone can do it.
To make a sponge cake, prepare the following ingredients:
- 260 g flour;
- 200 g sugar;
- testicle – 2 pcs.;
- soda and baking powder - one and a half spoons each;
- 90 g cocoa powder;
- milk – 250 ml;
- 1/3 tbsp. rast. oils;
- 2 bananas;
- 1 cup boiling water.
Making this Banana Chocolate Cake is quite casual and fun. All ingredients are laid out in a huge bowl, in the order indicated in the recipe, not counting the last two. Everything is mixed well with a mixer. Grate the fruit or finely chop it with a fork, you can also use a blender, but then the banana will simply give off its own taste, and small particles will not come across. Add it to the dough and mix everything again with a mixer.
Now the most important thing is to boil the indicated amount of water in a saucepan and, while continuing to stir the dough, slowly pour in the boiling water. As a result, you should end up with a fairly runny chocolate-banana batter. Pour it into a mold with the highest sides and place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. You need to check readiness with a toothpick.
The dessert should cool down; when serving, it can be cut into portions, previously decorated with pieces of banana or berries.
Puff pastry pie with chocolate and banana
This recipe is an ideal solution for those who do not like to spend a lot of time fiddling with dough, but want to amaze their loved ones or guests with delicious pastries with an extraordinary taste.
The set of components needed to make a layer cake with chocolate and banana is small. It will be useful for you:
- 1-2 packages of ready-made puff pastry;
- 2 chocolates;
- yolk;
- 2 bananas.
Roll out the puff pastry (remember the rule of rolling it out: you need to do it in one direction, which guarantees the crunchiness of your baked goods). Place a chocolate bar in the middle and a banana on top of it. The fruit can be put in whole or cut into portions.
Make a herringbone cut on the edges of the remaining dough and fold it over your inside in a pigtail.
Place your pie on a baking sheet and brush the top with beaten yolk. If desired, you can also sprinkle it with crushed peanuts. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. The purchased product will be delicious both cool and warm.

- Sift 200 g of flour and mix with a pinch of salt and 20 g of sugar;
- Cut half a stick of butter (cool) into cubes;
- add egg and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water;
- put all these ingredients in a mixer.
Place the kneaded dough in the refrigerator, covering the bowl with cling film first. Before rolling out the cooled sand, prepare some flour and baking paper.
Place the cooled dough on the surface and knead again with your hands, but not for long, so that it does not melt (it does not have to start sticking to the table).
Pour a little flour onto baking paper and roll out sand on it up to 3 cm wide. Cover the workpiece with the rest of the parchment and place it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
During this time, you can take out the dough and roll it out a little more, cut out a circle along the diameter of the mold, where later you can transfer it for baking at a temperature of 170 degrees. As a matter of course, the dough must be pricked with a fork before going into the oven.
For the inside, take the following ingredients:
- bananas – 250 g;
- butter - one incomplete tbsp. spoon;
- one tbsp. spoon of sugar;
- little lemon juice.
Peel the fruit and cut into circles no more than 1 cm wide. To prevent the banana from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice. Heat a frying pan and fry the fruit in butter. Do this quickly over high heat, which will prevent the pulp from falling apart. Add sugar, remove from heat and drain in a colander.
To make ganache, take 1-2 bananas and puree them in a blender. Separately, in a saucepan, bring the cream (175 g) to a boil and add 1 bar of bittersweet chocolate. Bring the creamy chocolate mixture until smooth and add banana puree.
Assemble the dessert: the inside is laid out on a baked and cooled shortcrust pastry crust, and ganache is placed on top. The dessert will be ready after the top layer has completely hardened.
