Pink peppercorns and green onion rings also look delicious as decoration. And as a side dish, tender, airy mashed potatoes are perfect.
Note to the owner:
- You can try baking chicken with a side dish inside. Boil a small amount of rice until half cooked, add raw carrots, chopped into cubes, a couple of tablespoons of raisins. Stir the ingredients, add salt and spices. Fill the belly of the chicken with the entrails given to us before placing it in the oven. Rice baked inside the chicken comes out juicy, fragrant, and crumbly. Instead of raisins, you can add pieces of mushrooms to the filling - this is a matter of taste.

The combination of ginger and soy sauce is delicious.
This “duet” is perfect for marinades for chicken or pork, and also as an additional component in mayonnaise (with veal tongue it turns out incredibly tasty). The dish turned out very nice and fragrant, I will definitely cook it for the New Year.
Garlic and ginger give a great taste and smell, especially after preparatory processing. You can mix spices, honey and sauce, coat the chicken and leave for an hour, just be careful when adding salt. You can also soak the pork pulp in such a fascinating marinade and then bake it in the oven. I surrounded the golden beauty with the freshest vegetables and herbs, and prepared mashed potatoes for a side dish. The meat is tender, juicy and fragrant, with a wonderful crispy crust! I really liked it.

it turned out very tasty, but it seemed to me that 1 hour under foil and 30 minutes without foil was too much, the brisket did not come out as juicy as I wanted, and not dry, next time I’ll try baking it for 50 minutes under foil and 20 without foil. I’ll also try reducing the teriyaki sauce more. so that it comes out as thick as possible and more remains on the brisket when pouring.

Glad you liked it. As I always say, go by your oven. Because they are all different, the modes are slightly different. Therefore, here you need to find time and improve the recipe yourself.

Step-by-step recipe with photos
Almost all housewives love to cook chicken. There are a huge number of circumstances for this: chicken usually cooks quickly, and you can’t count how many different options there are. I would like to offer you a good option for making chicken in an oriental style. For this recipe, you can use a whole chicken, cutting it into pieces, or take individual parts, such as thighs, drumsticks or whole legs. Oriental baked chicken comes out very fragrant, soft and can be mixed with any side dishes.
To make chicken, prepare the necessary products from the list. I used chicken drumsticks.
Prepare the dressing in which we will marinate the chicken. Pour sesame oil, soy sauce into the container in which we will place the chicken, add brown sugar, ground pepper, grated fresh ginger and chopped garlic. If the soy sauce is not very salty, then add salt to taste. Mix the dressing thoroughly.
Thoroughly wash and dry the drumsticks or other parts of the chicken. Coat the chicken with the purchased marinade.
Dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan and add them to the chicken, stir. Cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. During this period of time, remove the chicken several times and turn it over.
Once the time is up, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and leave for about an hour to warm it up. Then place the chicken in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the chicken for 45-50 minutes.
The chicken comes out rosy, very fragrant, and the gravy that appears during baking will be needed for side dishes. Serve the rosy chicken to the table.
Oriental chicken
Chicken is one of the most popular and widespread types of meat all over the world due to its availability and low cost, but a very special place is given to chicken meat in oriental cuisine. Apparently, in the very overpopulated Asian countries, this cheap type of meat gives people virtually the only opportunity to receive nourishing and healthy nutrition, which is why it was in the East that a large number of ordinary and tasty recipes were invented from obvious chicken meat. And although there are many differences between European and Oriental cuisines in terms of the ingredients used and methods of preparing dishes, Asian cuisine establishments are currently extremely popular all over the world, since most people really like their usual, albeit rather specific taste.
A distinctive feature of oriental cuisine is the introduction of a huge amount of fragrant spices with a sharp or bold spicy taste, and in addition, it is common to add fruits, honey and sweet sauces to meat and vegetable dishes. One of the most favorite tastes, inherent in almost all Asian dishes, is created by combining a special salty soy sauce and sweet fragrant honey. Soy sauce can not only add a pleasant, specific flavor to dishes, but also act as a very effective marinade that saturates pieces of meat from the inside and perfectly softens muscle fibers. Sweet honey unexpectedly harmoniously mixes with the special color of soy sauce, and the resulting culinary duo gives chicken meat a very appetizing catchy smell, attractive taste and an unforgettable oriental spectrum.
Oriental-style chicken, the recipe for which I would like to bring to your attention, is prepared incredibly simply from chicken fillet and a small set of different spices and other tasty and common additives. Thanks to these very attractive qualities, spending a minimum of your own time and effort, you can get a wonderful Asian-style meat dish with an exciting rich taste and a pleasant, special smell. Beautiful juicy pieces of meat, covered with a golden-brown, glossy crust and emitting the sweetish-spicy aroma of spices and honey, can simply whet the appetite and gather both picky children and always busy adults at the table for a slow lunch or dinner together. And you can believe me that this extraordinary chicken will definitely please your guests and family members and will bring everyone a lot of pleasure and undeniable health benefits. Bon appetit!
