4) Spaghetti Carbonara with cream

INGREDIENTS:
● Bacon or pancetta - 200 g
● Garlic - 2 teeth.
● Cream (from 20%) - 200 ml
● Tomato paste - 1/2 tbsp.
● Spaghetti - 200 g
● Water - about 500 ml
● Parmesan - 100 g
● Egg yolk - 2 pcs
● Green basil - 2 sprigs
● Salt, freshly ground dark pepper - to taste

PREPARATION:
Chop the bacon not very finely and fry in a multicooker bowl without oil in the “Baking” mode (turn on the mode for 40 minutes) for 15 minutes until golden brown. Add finely chopped garlic to the bacon and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the cream, add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Stir, bring to a boil and continue cooking in the same mode. Stirring occasionally, check the thickness of the sauce, and when it begins to thicken (after 10 minutes), put the spaghetti broken in half into the bowl, pour in hot water so that it covers the pasta.
