Step 3.

If you have a stand mixer, pour the cooled mixture into the bowl and turn on low speed. If this is not the case, you can use an ordinary mixer, just need someone’s help.
Start adding butter evenly (a teaspoon at a time). It must be cut into cubes in advance to make it easier to take with a spoon.

Continue stirring and add a little flavoring. Beat again.
