  • 200 g zucchini (new or frozen cubes);
  • 8 eggs;
  • 200 g low-fat kefir;
  • soda on the tip of a knife;
  • 15 g refined oil for frying;
  • add herbs and salt to taste.

Time needed: 25 min. In the finished dish for one serving 100 g: 165 kcal.

  1. Cut the bacon into thin strips, peel the zucchini, then chop into cubes;
