If the bread is cooked in a slow cooker, in other words, created with your own hands, it has living energy. Now this process has become much easier due to the use of a multicooker.
Preparation of goods
Any production usually begins with the preparation of goods. For bread, the main point is the correct preparation of the yeast; it is better to dilute it in a small amount of water. The liquid must be taken into account in full, regardless of the ingredients that are used for baking bread. You can use milk, whey, sour cream as a base. There are no exact restrictions when mixing main products.
Bread dough in its own composition can contain any fats, including products of plant origin. You should keep in mind that solid products must be melted before adding. This could be butter, margarine, cream.
First, you should dissolve the yeast in warm water; it does not have to be very hot. This particular step is one of the most important. The composition is thoroughly mixed and vegetable oil is added. In any case, flour is poured in portions so that the dough comes out elastic and soft. But it doesn't have to stick to your hands. Then the dough must stand in a warm place for 1 hour. It is covered with a towel to maintain a constant temperature.
After the dough has doubled or tripled in volume, a ball is formed from it. Place it in the multicooker bowl. Production time is usually one hour. Next, turn the bread over and leave it to bake for another 40 minutes. The finished product should cool under a towel. In any case, the composition of the goods may change in the recipe. With all this, the taste and appearance of homemade bread also changes. It all depends on the wishes of the housewife; the multicooker will do everything else. There is no need to watch the baking. It can cook without the help of others without burning or remaining soggy.
This bread comes out fragrant, porous, with a wonderful crust. It can be used for sandwiches, it does not crumble, and remains soft for a long time. The main secret is the introduction of only new yeast. Bread can be prepared without yeast, then soda will become its base.
