Ingredients : rice - 2 cups, water - 4 cups, butter - 70 g, olive oil (optional) - 0.5 tablespoons, raisins (seedless) - 100 g, sugar - 2 tablespoons, salt - a pinch.

Pour 4 glasses of water into a saucepan, add salt to this water (1.5 - 1 teaspoon of salt) and bring to a boil. Sort the raisins, remove stems and stems, rinse and pour boiling water over them.
