3. Now let's take care of the meat. We clean the piece from films and veins. Cut into small cubes.

3. Pour warm or hot milk into the potatoes. Put a piece of butter and knead everything together into a homogeneous puree, without lumps.
Do not use a blender for this purpose. Starch from such an active technique will make the mass sticky and disgusting for food.
4. Pour the raw egg into a separate bowl and knead it until the white and yolk are homogeneous. Pour into the puree and mix quickly so that the mass does not have time to curdle. Taste for salt—add more salt if necessary and add ground pepper.
5. Cool the cooked meat slightly. Cut it into pieces. Pass it through a meat grinder.
6. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan. If you wish, you can replace it with vegetable oil or dilute it in a 1:1 ratio. We send the onion here. Stirring, fry for a few minutes.

- zucchini – 500 g;
