Production:

Ingredients:
1 cup.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, stir and evenly mix in the sifted flour. Knead a homogeneous dough, add soda and stir again. Heat a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, pour the dough onto it and immediately remove from the heat. Quickly spread the filling, place over medium heat and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Production:
Cut the products for the inside: tomatoes - into slices, sweet peppers - into strips, chicken meat - into cubes, bacon - into small cubes, grate the cheese. Combine the sour cream with the eggs and stir until smooth, add the flour with salt, pepper and baking powder, stir until the dough is as thick as sour cream. Grease a cool frying pan with vegetable oil, pour in the dough, spread out the filling and cover with cheese. Place the frying pan over low heat and cover with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

3-4 potatoes,

Squeeze the garlic through a press into mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, grate the cheese, cut the sausage into cubes or bars. Grate the potatoes on a large grater, add flour and eggs, salt and pepper. 200 g wheat bread,
100 g sausage,

Preparation:
Cut the bread into pieces and fry on both sides in a frying pan without oil. Beat the eggs with salt and pour over the bread. Cook over low heat until the eggs are set. Cut up the insides and grate the cheese. Place on top of the eggs, sprinkle with cheese and cover with a lid. Keep on low heat for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Do not open the lid for another 3-4 minutes.

- sour cream – 4 tbsp. l.
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- salt and pepper - 1 chip each.
- ketchup – 1-2 tbsp. l.
- inside - to taste
- hard cheese – 70 g
- oil – 0.5 tsp. for lubrication frying pans
Manufacturing
Combine in a bowl: eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir with a whisk.
