Cook the young chicken fillet, first add salt, skim off the foam, and so on for about fifteen minutes, the meat cooks quickly, especially the fillet. Cool the meat directly without removing it from the broth, cut it into small torn pieces.

We cut the onion into thin slices, peel the skin from the champignons and cut them into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion; when it becomes transparent, add the champignons, stir and fry everything together for about 5 minutes over high heat. Don't forget to stir and add salt. Cool the mushrooms and onions.

Cook the carrots until tender, peel them and grate them on a large grater. Then we take the eggs, hard-boil them, cool them and cut them into small cubes. Chop canned pineapples into large cubes, grate hard cheese using a large grater.

A layer of chicken is placed on a huge flat plate, greased with mayonnaise, and topped with pineapple, cheese and mushrooms and onions. We lay out products such as cooked carrots in levels, cover with mayonnaise, eggs on top, and so on.

We level the salad on top using greens and sprinkle them on top of the dish. Then we remove the dish for half an hour in a cool space.
