Recipe for “No Bake Chocolate Cookie Cake”:

For chocolate syrup, mix sugar, cocoa and warm water, put on the stove, bring to a boil, add butter and cook for 5 minutes, stirring over low heat. Remove from stove, cool.

  3. Chop the nuts with a knife or rolling pin. Mix with a third of the caramel.
  4. Whisk the remaining cooled caramel with sour cream at room temperature.
  5. Heat the gelatin, but do not boil. Stir until slightly cooled and pour into sour cream.
  6. Place layers in a mold lined with cling film: peanuts, corn flakes (third part), cream, flakes, cream and again flakes.
  7. Place in the refrigerator overnight (that is, in the dark) . During the day, attach a plate to the mold and turn it over. Remove the film.
