1. We start making the salad by preparing the greens. We carefully wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then tear them coarsely with our hands and place them on a dish.

3. Clean the boiled quail eggs and cut them in half. Add to the plate with tomatoes and herbs.

4. Drain the oil from the canned tuna and, if necessary, use a fork to separate it into small pieces.

5. In a separate deep container, combine olive oil, dark ground pepper and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly and pour over the salad with tuna and quail eggs. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.

Salad with shrimp and quail eggs


To make this salad, you will need large shrimp and 8 quail eggs. The catchy and appetizing appearance of this dish will attract the attention of even real gourmets.

Ingredients

— Shrimp — 20 pcs.
— Quail eggs — 8 pcs.
— Cherry tomatoes — 8 pcs.
— Mozzarella balls — 6 pcs.
— Juice of 1/2 lemon
— Lettuce
— Salt
— Pepper

1. Boil quail eggs hard-boiled, then cool in cool water and peel. Cut into two halves.

2. Tear the lettuce leaves coarsely with your hands and place on a plate where the salad will be next.

3. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place on a plate. Then add the quail eggs.

4. Add halved cherry tomatoes.

5. Fry the peeled shrimp in olive oil in a frying pan for about 4 minutes and add to the rest of the ingredients. Season the prepared salad with shrimp and quail eggs with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
