  • sour milk, you can drink - 1 glass
  • sugar - 1 glass
  • flour - 2-3 cups

And into the second - pour sour milk, sunflower oil and add an egg there. Don’t be lazy to separate bulk and watery products - this is very important. Mix ingredients in 2 bowls. It’s great if you use a blender to stir the watery mass. Now mix the contents of 2 bowls until smooth (again, a blender will help).

The dough should be a little thicker than sour cream. Add dried apricots and nuts to the dough. Stir everything again with a broom. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place our dough there. Let it “come to its senses” for 5 minutes at room temperature, and then safely put it in a preheated oven. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie using a toothpick.
