Manufacturing
We wash the wings, dry them with a cardboard towel and cut them into phalanges at the joints - for this recipe the last, smallest phalange is not useful, because it actually contains no meat.
In a deep bowl, combine flour with salt, reddish ground pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning.
Bread the sliced wings in a flour mixture and set aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Deep fry the marinated wings until done. If you don’t have a deep fryer, then simply fry the bird in a deep frying pan with bubbling oil in small portions for 10-15 minutes.
In a separate container, combine all the necessary ingredients for Buffalo sauce: butter softened at room temperature, hot sauce (you can add a couple drops of Tabasco), granulated garlic, a little chicken seasoning and ground hot pepper.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, put the saucepan or saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil so that the sauce does not separate! Pour the prepared hot sauce over the fried wings.
