In a wide and deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil and add the cooked oyster mushrooms. Fry over high heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

At this time, peel and cut into small cubes one medium onion.

When the oyster mushrooms turn golden brown, they are virtually done.

Add the chopped onion and, stirring, fry everything together over medium heat.

When the onion browns, add a teaspoon of butter (for smell and pleasant taste), salt and pepper to taste.

Almost 1 more minute and the fried oyster mushrooms will be ready. If you wish, add chopped garlic, dill or parsley - it's a matter of taste.

  1. There is no need to boil oyster mushrooms if you do not plan to pickle them. Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into narrow strips or small cubes.
  2. Chop the onion not very finely.

  • half a medium carrot;
  • allspice (to taste) – half a teaspoon;
  • 1 clove of medium garlic;
  • sunflower oil.

Manufacturing method:

  1. We wash the mushrooms well under water. We cut off their hard part near the roots. Cut any mushroom into two halves. If the mushroom is large, then cut it into 3-4 halves.

  5. After 3 minutes, add the prepared mushrooms, which also need to be salted and peppered in advance.
  6. Leave for 5 minutes on high heat. We stir everything very carefully, because the finished potatoes can turn into mush from powerful manipulations.

  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil – about 200 g,
  • mushrooms – 500 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • onion – 1 pc.

Cut the peeled potatoes into strips (or in any convenient way). Wash the mushrooms and dry them on a towel, then cut them into small pieces. Place in a frying pan with heated oil, lightly fry under the lid until the juice is released, then remove the lid and cook over low heat until the water has completely evaporated. Once the liquid has virtually evaporated, pour a little more oil into the pan and continue frying the mushrooms until golden brown. Don't forget the salt and pepper!

At this time, fry the potatoes with vegetable oil in another frying pan, add onions to the potatoes, turn up the heat and fry until fully cooked. All that remains is to mix the potatoes with the mushrooms and cook for about 5 more minutes. Stir very carefully so that the potatoes and mushrooms retain their shape. Fry over high heat until golden brown and crispy. Serve the dish hot, garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Fried with sour cream

Fried oyster mushrooms with sour cream will be appropriate as an appetizer; they can be served with salads and various side dishes. This dish is quite simple to prepare, and the end result is a wonderful tender and savory dish.

  • oyster mushrooms – 300 g;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • onions and carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • salt and seasonings - to taste;
  • sunflower (olive) oil – 1 cup.

Remove the hard stem from the washed mushrooms and cut into pieces. Cut the peeled onion into half rings, coarsely grate the carrots, and chop the garlic in a crusher. Then fry the onions, add carrots to the onions and fry them until soft.
