Recipe for Cream of Broccoli Soup:

Pour water into the pan, add salt and wait for it to boil.
In the meantime, let's take care of the vegetables. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.

We also cut the onion into small cubes.
Heat a frying pan and put 30g of butter on it.
Add the onion and fry the onion over medium heat until translucent.
Place the chopped potatoes into boiling water.

While the onions are fried and the potatoes are boiling, separate the washed broccoli into florets.
