At the same time, you can bake the pizza immediately after kneading; you don’t have to let the dough rise a couple of times for at least an hour. The dough comes out smooth and elastic when working, narrow and tasty in the finished pizza.

To make a quick water-based pizza dough, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Take half a glass of warm water, add sugar and instant yeast, mix well.

Cover the glass with cling film and leave for 5-7 minutes. When a “cap” appears on the surface of the water, the yeast is ready for kneading dough.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, yeast, butter and another half glass of warm water.

Knead a soft elastic dough, cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and let it stand in a warm place for 7-10 minutes. That's all, smooth, soft, elastic frisky yeast dough on water for pizza is ready.

Interior per pizza.

For the inside, I took boiled smoked sausage, several dry-cured sausages, fresh champignons, snow-white onions, tomatoes, hard cheese and tomato sauce.

She rolled out the dough thinly, sprinkled flour on the baking pan, put the dough in the pan, and greased it with tomato sauce.

Sprinkled the dough with grated hard cheese and laid out boiled smoked sausage.

I cut the onions into half rings, the tomatoes into slices, cut the sausages into small circles, and laid everything on a layer of sausage and cheese.

I cut the mushrooms into thin slices and placed them on top of the dough with the rest of the ingredients.

The top of the pizza was still sprinkled with some grated cheese. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes such a wonderful yeast dough for pizza on water.

Yeast pizza dough - 6 step-by-step quick recipes

They say that the taste of pizza depends on the inside. I don’t agree, since the dough in baking plays no small role. Now let's talk about the types of yeast dough for pizza, made with water, milk, kefir, and made with dry yeast. Did you see the difference? The taste of homemade products made from ready-made dough based on a certain batch also adds its own flavor.

Making pizza with yeast requires more free time, since the dough must “ripen”, but the pie with entrails only benefits from this. The pizza will turn out fluffy and very tasty.

Yeast pizza dough with water

I think this recipe is the best, quickest, easiest. The dough comes out very tasty and is prepared with fast-acting yeast.

  • Water – 300 ml.
  • Flour – 500 gr.
  • Sunflower oil – 50 ml.
  • Dry yeast - 12 g bag.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A little sugar.

Recipe with photos step by step

Warm the water, make it a little warmer than room temperature. Pour in half of the vegetable oil indicated in the recipe. Don’t measure it specifically, pour it by eye.

Sprinkle with some flour. Knead the dough with a spoon, a little thinner than for pancakes. Try to break up the lumps. But if there are few small lumps left, do not worry, do not waste time on perfect thickness.

Separately, in a cup, prepare the yeast. Pour warm water over them, add a spoonful of sugar, stir until the crystals dissolve. Add a spoonful of flour and mix the mixture again.

Pour the yeast mixture into the dough. Stir well.

Start adding flour. Again, do not fill the entire amount to one hundred percent. Pour in, stir the contents, add again and work with a spoon. The mass will become very thick, it will begin to fall off a spoon with difficulty, but it will not be stiff yet, not for baking pizza.

Place the pan in a warm place. You don't have to cover it. After 10-15 minutes the dough will begin to bubble and the yeast will begin to work. When the mass rises a little, it’s time to move on to the next action.

Place the remaining flour on the work surface of the table. Mix the dough in a bowl, place it on the table, on the flour. Knead with your hands. In total, you should need 0.5 kg of flour stated in the recipe. If your hands are still sticking at the end, add a little more.

When the dough is almost ready and there is no flour left on the table, pour the remaining sunflower oil onto the countertop.

Start kneading the lump again so that the butter, like flour, is one hundred percent absorbed into the mass. Leave to “rest” and soak for 10 minutes.

[ok]Tip: everyone’s flour has different properties, so if the dough continues to stick to your fingers, add a little and knead well again.[/ok]

Quick yeast pizza dough

The previous dough comes to readiness quite quickly, but this recipe with water is even faster, thanks to a small change in technology. After 20-25 minutes you can cook the pizza.

  • Sunflower oil – 2 huge spoons.
  1. Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast and sugar. After mixing, leave for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Pour oil into the dough and stir. Gradually start adding flour product. First, mix with your hands in a bowl, then, continuing to add, as the lump grows and strengthens, move to the table.
  3. After kneading the dough well, cover it with a towel and leave to “ripen” on the table for 10-15 minutes. If you want to speed up the process even more, place the bowl with the dough ball in a water bath.

Pros and cons of yeast

Dry

Minuses:

  • the dough rises more slowly on them, because... dry yeast is the least active. Due to powerful drying, some of the yeast is destroyed.
  • After kneading the dough, there will be no re-growth.
  • They say that dry yeast is more harmful - partly yes. Not all yeasts have rehydrating agents added.

Pros:

  • dry ones are easier to store. Their shelf life can reach 2 years;
  • useful for anemia and strengthening the immune system;
  • no nasty smell;
  • they contain a lot of protein.

Alive

Pros:

  • ensure rapid maturation of the dough, its tenderness and fluffiness;
  • short fermentation;
  • no foreign matter;
  • low cost.

Minuses:

  • excessive foaming;
  • Low temperature required for storage;
  • specific smell.
