The proportions of meat products can be changed, a total of 600 grams will be useful.

We wash and cut the freshest cucumbers into cubes, 2-3 medium-sized pieces will be useful, 250-300 grams in total. If vegetables have rough skin and seeds, then do not forget to peel them in advance.

We clean, rinse and finely chop a large bunch of green onions. For 6 servings you will need 50 grams of feathers. Grind part of the onion (1/4 of the norm) with a wood pestle and 1 teaspoon of salt until juice appears.

Add dill, washed and finely chopped, to the pan.

We peel hard-boiled eggs and separate them into whites and yolks. Cut the whites into cubes.

Grind the yolks with mustard and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add sour cream evenly and stir.

Season the chopped products and pour in 1.5-2 liters of cool broth (or kvass). Adjust the amount of salt to taste. Place the pan in the refrigerator to let the okroshka steep for at least 1 hour.
