Recipe for Fish Soup with Rice:
Let the fish cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.
At this time, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a small grater.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
After the time has passed, remove the fish from the broth, add rice, onions, carrots and cook after boiling for 10 minutes.
Later add the potatoes and cook for another minute. 7. Once everything is cooked, turn off the heat, add the cleaned fish and cut into small pieces. And add tsp. vegetable oil.
All is ready. You can eat it like this, but for those whose children cannot chew yet, put it through a blender. This is what I'm doing for my offspring. I started giving this soup at 9.5 months. At first I soaked the potatoes, but now I don’t.
