Recipe for “Charlotte with bananas”:

Beat 5 eggs and 1.5 cups sugar with a mixer until the size increases 2-3 times.

Then add 1.5 cups of flour and stir with a mixer until smooth.

Grease the mold with oil and pour half of the dough onto it

Cut the bananas diagonally 5-6 mm wide and spread them over the entire surface of the dough.

Pour the rest of the dough, covering all the bananas, and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

The finished pie can be greased with sour cream, it will be very tender. I sprinkled it with sugar + a little sweet decorations.

My pie emitted the most delicious smells throughout the apartment, and those who wanted to try a piece simply did not have the strength to wait for it to cool down. So they cut it hot (the top was cracked). But the pie did not lose its taste properties.

Recipe with bananas

At the moment, we will figure out how to cook charlotte with bananas in the oven (as in the photo), also in a slow cooker and - for the most “high-speed” housewives - in the microwave.

For the oven

It will be useful for you:

  • bananas - 4 pieces;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • flour - 1.5 cups;
  • sugar - 1.5 cups.
  1. Beat the sugar and eggs with a whisk or mixer - the mixture should “rise” by half (this is not enough).
  2. Add flour and continue beating. The dough will be a little runny.
  3. Grease the pan with cooking oil/butter (you can also sprinkle breadcrumbs with a small amount of semolina or flour).
  4. Pour the third part of the dough into the container. Add half of the sliced fruit. Pour in another 1/3 of the dough, add the rest of the fruit filling and pour in the dough again.
  5. Place the pan in the oven (180°C) and bake until the pie is browned.

For multicooker

The recipe for charlotte with bananas in a slow cooker is also very simple and will probably be loved by those who prefer this necessary kitchen accessory to an ordinary oven.

It will be useful for you:

  • flour - 1 glass;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • banana - 1 piece;
  • soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • vinegar - 1 teaspoon (to extinguish the soda);
  • butter - to taste.
  1. Cut the banana into cubes.
  2. Beat the egg-sugar mixture with a mixer until it thickens and increases in volume, add baking soda (previously extinguished with vinegar).
  3. Slowly add the painstakingly sifted flour, mix (there should be no lumps left). After this, the dough will settle slightly.
  4. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, pour in the dough, and place the fruit cubes directly on top.
  5. Select the “Baking” mode – 40 minutes is enough.

Recipe using apples

For the oven

In a traditional charlotte, the most important thing is still apples, and the special taste and smell will appear thanks to a small amount of exotic fruits.   • apples - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 1 glass;

  2. Add flour and use mixer again.
  3. Roughly chop the fruit.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil, place the filling and dough in it, and stir lightly.
  5. Place the pie in the oven (200°C) for 25 minutes.

At the end of the cooking time, pierce the pie with a splinter (toothpick), but since it’s easy to get it into the filling, it’s easier to determine by color: the pie should be browned.
