    5. Pour instant gelatin into 50 g of hot water in accordance with the instructions, stir and pour into a container with mousse. Mix. If you use regular gelatin, you must act in accordance with the instructions, soaking it first.
    6. Beat the cream with a mixer until it forms a stiff peak and add the chocolate mixture. Gently mix with a spoon and place on a biscuit crust. Smooth the surface of the mousse and place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
