Oven accordion potatoes with bacon and cheese
This lunch or dinner is a great option, both for the daily menu and for the holiday table, because these potatoes with bacon and cheese look quite beautiful.
Products you need:
- Bacon - 3 slices;
- potatoes – 3 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 0.05 kg;
- greens - 2 sprigs;

Manufacturing:
Rinse the tubers and remove the skin using a knife or a special device for peeling vegetables. Wash again and create cross cuts, without cutting all the way through, on all the potatoes. The width between the cuts should be approximately 0.5 centimeters. Thus, we get “accordions”.

Cut the bacon into thin slices and insert one slice into any cut in the potato. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and generously sprinkle on potato preparations.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes. Then wrap each potato in foil and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45-65 minutes. Cooking time may vary due to different potato sizes.
After the designated time, remove the potatoes from the oven and check for doneness with a toothpick. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
Tip: you can serve the potatoes without removing the foil, just wrapping its edges.

To prepare such a dish you will need a minimum of effort and costs. Accordion potatoes with sausage and cheese turn out filling and very tasty.

- Potatoes – 4 pcs.;
- salami sausage - 0.15 kg;
- hard cheese – 0.10 kg;
- salt, ground dark pepper to your taste;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Recipe for “Accordion Potatoes”:
Finely chop the mushrooms, add chopped herbs, lightly add salt and pepper.

The recipe didn't call for a lot of cream, but I prefer vegetable, so I lightly sprinkled it with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, covering with foil.
Then remove the foil and brown.
