Manufacturing
Homemade cookies in molds used to be a very popular delicacy. At the moment, with the emergence of a huge assortment of cookies and cakes in stores, home baking has lost popularity. I suggest getting out the molds and baking wonderful crumbly shortbread cookies.
- Remove creamy margarine or butter from the refrigerator in advance, because we need the product to be softened.
Place margarine and sugar in a small container and beat with a mixer until fluffy. beat butter and sugar with a mixer - Add eggs and vanilla, whisking continuously.
The final addition will be salt, baking powder and sifted flour. There is no need to beat them, just stir the dough with a spoon. mix cookie dough - Cover the container with the dough with a lid or cellophane and place it in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
cover the dough with film - After 1 hour, knead the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin on a table sprinkled with flour.
The dough layer should be no thicker than 1.2 cm. Using special molds, squeeze out various shapes from the prepared dough. cut out cookie dough - Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the shapes pressed out with molds at a small distance from each other.
We will bake homemade cookies at 200°C for no longer than 10 minutes. Figured cookies should remain light, only the edges will be slightly rosy. ready-made homemade cookies in molds
If desired, decorate homemade cookies with icing or chocolate. Bon appetit everyone!
Cookies in a metal form, like my grandmother used to make in childhood (recipes for cookies in a frying pan on gas)
What form is needed for the recipe? The photo recipe will use an old metal frying pan. I got it from my grandmother. You may have other options. Something like the one in this photo. Blanks in the form of nuts, mushrooms, Viennese waffles or even bears.
The dough from the recipe is also suitable for other forms. Those for the oven.
Also for electronic waffle irons and cookie tins. Photos are taken from the assortment of the 1st online store. And on the shelves of ordinary counters you can find many similar forms.
Ingredients for Cookies in Shape
For cookies in the form, use medium-thick dough. The ingredients are as follows:
- large chicken eggs (C0 or C1) – 3 pcs.;
- premium wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp. (glass size 250 ml);
- snow-white sugar – 0.5 tbsp;
- butter or margarine – 200 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- baking powder or baking soda – 0.5 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step production
Recipe for cookies in a metal mold on gas:
In a bowl, combine soft butter and sugar. If there is no soft one, take it from the freezer. Melt a piece in a water bath, cool.
Add salt and eggs. Beat until smooth.
Sift the flour and mix with baking powder. Pour into the egg mixture. Stir well until the mixture is free of lumps.
Place the frying pan on the fire. Grease the inside with vegetable oil.
While the pan is heating, prepare the table. For convenience, I place the dough next to the plate for finished baking. Another tiny saucer with vegetable oil and a brush. Oil is an option if you need to re-grease the pan. I place paper towels a little lower. They are necessary to remove fat. Immediately after baking the cookies, I will place them on paper for a few minutes.
Let's get back to the recipe. Randomly pour batter into the pan. Close with the 2nd side. Do not pour a lot of dough, otherwise it will fall out of the pan later. When you close the pan, you will need to scrape down the dough from the edges. After closing the form, turn the form over here. Leave on medium heat.
If you open it slightly, the blanks will look like this.
Turn the pan over every 30 seconds or so. This way, either side will be perfectly baked.
Open slightly from time to time to check the degree of readiness. The rosy cookies are ready. Post and taste.
I constantly add dried fruits to my dough. This time there will be pumpkin seeds (10 g), a little walnuts and prunes. Delicious, very tasty! I suggest you experiment. Try adding different ingredients to the leftover dough. Such as:
- coconut flakes;
- chopped dried apricots;
- any ground nuts;
- confectionery poppy;
- peeled sunflower seeds;
- dried berries;
- small pieces of candied fruit.
The dough with dried fruits looks like this.
And the finished cookies are very appetizing.
You can get colored cookies if you add to the dough:
- cocoa powder (brown);
- spinach puree or juice (greenish);
- lingonberry juice (pink);
- carrot juice (yellowish).
Nutritional and energy value
The nutritional and energy value of all cookies from the recipe is reflected in the table.
Proteins, g | Fats, g | Carbohydrates, g | Energy value, kcal |
41,6 | 184,1 | 217,2 | 2714,7 |
You will find out the nutritional value per 100 g of baked goods from the following table.
Proteins, g | Fats, g | Carbohydrates, g | Energy value, kcal |
6,4 | 28,5 | 33,6 | 420,2 |
In the version with pumpkin seeds, walnuts and prunes, the nutritional value of the cookies changes little:
Proteins, g | Fats, g | Carbohydrates, g | Energy value, kcal |
6,8 | 29,0 | 33,1 | 423,4 |
If you eat 1-2 cookies with tea or coffee, there will be no harm. Have you decided to decorate your cookies with jam or sweet powder? The caloric content will definitely skyrocket.
Cookie serving options
Cookies are served as a dessert or snack for tea or coffee. For children, cookies with compote are a good snack, afternoon snack or picnic food. Serve the cookies deliciously with anything:
- pour over jam, marmalade or marmalade;
- sprinkle with sweet powder;
- with a garnish of fresh berries or chopped fruits;
- with whipped cream;
- with condensed milk (regular or boiled);
- sprinkle with ground nuts or poppy seeds;
- with homemade custard.
If I missed something, write in the comments. How do you suggest serving or decorating the shaped cookies for serving?
Place the cookies in stacks or several pieces one by one, overlapping. Cool or hot homemade baked goods are very tasty. Your child will certainly remember the mind-blowing taste of sweets for many years.
Video recipe
From the video recipe you will learn how to prepare “Nuts” cookies with boiled condensed milk. The dough is the same as from the recipe with the photo. But a different presentation option. And from time to time it’s absolutely interesting to watch successful videos of making sweets.
I also have a cast iron mold. First I make cream. Condensed milk boiled with butter in a 1:1 ratio. I take the most precious oil. I think margarine is also involved in the cheap product. Therefore, for baking and creams I use only precious oil with the highest degree of fat content.
So, for the cream I take condensed milk and butter at room temperature. Lightly beat the condensed milk with a mixer. I slowly introduce the oil. In less than a minute the cream is ready. I put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This is exactly how much will be needed to create the preparations for the “Nuts” cookies.
I bake halves of nuts in a frying pan on gas. Use a teaspoon to put cream into one half of the cookie and cover it with the other half. I do this until the blanks are completed.
That's probably all. She told me everything I understand about cookies in a metal form. The baked goods that come out are truly the same as when my grandmother had them as a child. Recipes for cookies in a frying pan on gas - a regular recipe. Well, quite ordinary. I think I liked it for you! If yes, click class and share the article with your friends. Homemade cookies (for a frying pan) – 5 recipes!
Homemade cookies (for the frying pan)
Recipe No. 5
These are quite tasty cookies.
To bake it you need a frying pan. I have had one since Russian times (I borrowed it from my mother). To make cookies you will need:
flour - 3 cups
butter - 100 g
margarine - 100 g
sugar - 1 cup
egg - 3 pieces
mayonnaise - 1 pack 220 ml
soda - 1 teaspoon
vinegar - 1 teaspoon
1. Place the flour in a shallow bowl and add cool (not soft!) butter and margarine. Chop everything with a knife until you get small, uniform crumbs.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs and mayonnaise. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.
3. Pour the beaten egg-mayonnaise mixture into a bowl with flour. Mix well (stir comfortably with a spoon). The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.
4. Heat the frying pan on the stove (you can use it not only on a gas stove, I have a ceramic pan and everything went unsurpassed). Place a spoonful of dough in the center of the hot pan and forcefully connect the parts of the pan. Fry on each side for 1-2 minutes depending on the heat level. First, the cookies are fried longer, then the frying time should be reduced. Remove the finished cookies from the mold, break them into individual cookies and you can eat them. Bon appetit!
Another test option!

By the way, the little men and the canes were eaten instantly, they didn’t even have time to cool)))
Recipe:
Ingredients:
butter - 120 gr.
sugar - 100 gr.
flour - 150 gr.
eggs - 2 pcs.
Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer or blender.
Add flour.
Flour must be added specifically at this manufacturing step so that lumps do not form in the next dough. Knead a fairly stiff dough.
Melt the butter.
It is better to create this in a water bath, but you can also do it in the microwave. The main thing is not to bring the butter to a boil, it just needs to melt. Add butter to the dough.
Mix the dough well.
If desired, you can add raisins, nuts, cinnamon.
Place the dough in a silicone mold.
It is not necessary to fill silicone molds one hundred percent with dough, because during baking it rises a lot and can “escape” from the mold.
Bake the liver in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
In small forms, cookies are prepared much more quickly, so it is better to supervise the baking process. My little men cooked in 10 minutes, bears in 17 minutes.
Ready-made cookies can be glazed with melted chocolate, sprinkled with sweet powder, etc. But we liked them without anything.
The cookies are wonderful! I recommend trying it! Bon appetit!
