Now I would like to share with you a recipe for delicious whey pancakes that will pleasantly surprise you with their tenderness and softness. They are very fragrant, flexible and do not tear, so they are suitable for filling with entrails. I used the whey after making Easter milk. But remember: the more sour the whey tastes, the more the corresponding sourness will be felt in the finished pancakes, so adjust the sweetness to taste by adding sweet sand.

The recipe for these delicious thin pancakes includes whey, wheat flour (approximately 400 grams), chicken eggs, sweet sand, a pinch of salt and refined vegetable oil. If you wish, you can add a pinch of vanilla or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the dough for flavor.
