We make strawberry puree: prepare gelatin according to instructions, mix with the prepared puree, add fructose. Spread the mixture onto the cooled crust and put it in the refrigerator. Decorate the diet cheesecake with strawberries with whole berries.
Ingredients:
- 60 g – oatmeal;
- 10 g – cocoa powder;
- 2 testicles;
- Fructose to taste;

- 500 g 1.5% cottage cheese;
- 350 grams of natural yogurt;
- Zest;
- Lemon juice;
- Fructose;
- 1 p. gelatin.
Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, add fructose, juice and zest 1 pc. lemon. Prepare gelatin (according to the directions on the bag) and add it to the cottage cheese. Place on the crust, cool, and decorate the diet cheesecake with sweet powder.

- Cottage cheese 1.5% fat – 200 g;
- Natural yoghurt – 100 ml;
- Edible gelatin – 10 g;
- Lemon juice, water – 75 ml;
- Honey – 30 gr.;
- 2 testicles.
Dissolve gelatin in water diluted with lemon juice and heat in a water bath. Combine cottage cheese with yogurt and honey, add gelatin. Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly. Beat the yolks well, grate the bananas on a small grater until the mixture is pureed. Add to cottage cheese together with starch.
Knead the dough well. Place on the base and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
