Nina and Ulyana Tarasova “And we have cookies!”
Bagels
Lenten bagels
These bagels are economical and require no eggs or dairy products. They are also good for those who are fasting. They also do not require margarine, which contains harmful preservatives. The dough comes out crispy, similar to puff pastry. My relative gave me the recipe. I looked through all the recipes and couldn’t find one.
Bagels “Amazing”
A big plus of these bagels is the speed of production. Despite the fact that the dough is yeast, it is not prepared using a completely conventional method. It turns out equally well for both the most experienced housewives and those who were previously afraid of yeast dough. At the moment, I don’t even remember how this recipe came to me, but it has taken root in the family a long time ago and has spread among friends. It even helps one of my single friends to create memories for guys. I hasten to share with you this hidden weapon)
Bagels “Minutes”
Very fast and tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - “Minutes” for tea. I've seen a lot of bagel recipes, but I still haven't come across one like this. Many years ago I found it out from my mother.
Bagels with strawberry jam
I was very attracted to this recipe because of the method of making the dough, the small amount of ingredients, the absence of yeast and sugar. Nothing superfluous, just the catchy, fragrant taste of strawberry jam and soft, flaky dough. The process will not take much time, but in the morning you will get beautiful pastries, and cooled bagels are great for finishing a light dinner or lunch.
Czech bagels
I bring to your attention delicious and airy bagels. There is one unusual ingredient in making Czech bagels: a “starter” of flour and water (inactive leaven) is added to the dough, which imparts unusual tenderness and airiness to the bagels! With this recipe I want to express LOVE to my beloved friend NataliM-2015. This is an excellent little man, good and sympathetic!
Three ingredient bagels
Ordinary, but very tasty, crumbly, shortbread bagels made from a minimum of goods that can be found in any home. A wonderful pastry for a family tea party!
Challah dough bagels
I really love Maria Kudryashova’s baking recipes from the “Conscientious Bread” series, I have already baked a lot according to her recipes, one of my favorites is the recipe for challah, I bake it often, now I have baked bagels from this dough, they are so shaggy and tasty. I adjusted the recipe to suit myself, increased the ingredients by one and a half times and rounded up the grams.
Bagels with apple jam
In fact, she rescued cream that turned out to be expired. That's why I decided to cook something rich and tasty. These were the bagels for evening tea. Help yourself!
Vanilla bagels
Vanille Kipferl. Indescribably delicious cookies! It is so tiny that it practically melts in your mouth. They sculpt it by hand; no devices are used here. Real handmade! Such a gift will be worth a lot! After all, the love and warmth of your hands have been put into it. Prepare it and give it to your loved ones, duh. and enjoy yourself with pleasure. These cookies can be stored in a closed jar for several weeks. And when you open it, it will be impossible to resist the smell of vanilla and almonds. Thanks for the delicious recipe to Olichka Dorokhova.
Bagels with rice and chicken in filling
Bagels with insides in cream cheese filling. A real lunch or dinner for the whole family. It's amazing how delicious it is.
Bagels . Bagels are baked goods with crescent-shaped insides. It is precisely because of its shape that this bun got its name - with its twist it resembles horns.
The inside of bagels can be very different: cinnamon, raisins, jam, condensed milk, cottage cheese, nuts, jam, marmalade, etc.
The dough can also be anything: yeast, shortbread, curd, puff pastry.
Bagels come in different shapes and sizes, but the smaller they are, the better they taste. At home, bagels are usually made in a shape very similar to croissants. To do this, the dough is rolled out into a circle, and then cut into elongated triangles with a knife. The inside is placed on the wide edge, and then the “triangle” is rolled up from the wide edge to the narrow one. The resulting tube can be slightly bent to give it a crescent shape.
From jam, preference should be given to thick jam or preserves; it is better to take apple or apricot jam. Under the influence of high temperatures, the jam becomes watery. This must be taken into account when securing the edges of the bagel. Otherwise, the jam will leak onto the baking sheet and burn.
Cottage cheese can be used as a filling, or it can be added directly to the dough.
If marmalade or fruit is chosen for the inside, then it is best to bake bagels with yeast dough. They turn out light and fluffy.
Bagels should be baked on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The oven must be preheated to 180 °C and only then place the buns there. Bake bagels for approximately 20-30 minutes. Readiness is indicated by the even golden color of the baked goods. It is not recommended to immediately remove the bagels from the baking sheet after production. It is necessary to give them a little time to cool.
Making bagels at home is easy. There are a lot of recipes.
