I call this recipe “baked from what we had.” I remember from my youth, because my mother worked all week, and on the weekends she began to completely clean, including the refrigerator. All remnants were taken out of it and an audit was carried out - this is to be eaten, this is for baking, and this is to be thrown away. A large cake was baked from the remains of kefir, sour cream and other ingredients, and we drank tea with pleasure. I suggest you carry out an audit in your refrigerators, the results can lead to delicious baked goods. And in my “this is for baking” group there were yogurts, from which I will bake my own cupcake.
Step by step recipe
Place the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and place it in a preheated oven.
Rub the yoghurts through a sieve to separate the berries from the yoghurt.
Add pureed yogurt to melted butter.
Next, add baking powder and stir until the powder is one hundred percent dissolved.
Break the eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add sugar, stirring the dough constantly.
Sift flour into the resulting mixture.
The dough should turn out runny, but it should not flow; if you notice that you have a liquid dough, add flour.
Spoon the dough into the prepared and greased baking dish.
Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 40 minutes. When ready, remove the cake from the pan and cool. Enjoy your tea!

Vegetable oil without aroma – 60 ml | ||

We begin to preheat the oven to 180°C even before starting to make the dough - kneading will take less than 10 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Sugar, if you like sweet baked goods, you can add a little more. Mix.
In another container, mix the eggs, unflavoured vegetable oil and yogurt (drink or sour cream) with a whisk until smooth. There is no need for a mixer here.
Add the flour mixture to the watery ingredients and quickly knead the dough without lumps. It comes out quite liquid.
Divide the batter into the muffin tins, filling them halfway (makes 10 muffins).
Bake quick cupcakes with yogurt (kefir or sour cream) for about 20 minutes.
