Combine and sift flour and soda. Evenly, in small portions of 3-4 tbsp. spoons, add the mixture to the dough.
You will end up with a mass of watery sour cream mixture. If you run a knife across the surface of the dough, a groove will appear, but will close within a second.
Choose a suitable sized cake pan. Please note that the dough doubles in volume during baking, so the sides of the pan must be high. Cover it with food foil or baking paper, grease the inner surface with vegetable oil. Then pour in the batter.
Bake the milk cake prepared according to this recipe in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30–40 minutes until golden brown. Check the doneness of the baked goods by inserting a wood stick into it. - Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes.
- The cupcake is ready. Let it cool for 15 minutes, prepare tea and invite the family to a delicious tea party.
