It happens, a situation happens when I unexpectedly find out about the arrival of guests, and there is complete “zero” time for production. Then I immediately remember the recipe for a cake with condensed milk. Baking is done “once or twice”, and everyone goes into ecstasy from the pie - no one can (Emotions are distinguished from other types of emotional processes: affects, feelings and moods)

To the one who first thought of using condensed milk in dough, a huge thank you from me. Adoring it with all my heart, I always have a jar in stock. And I don’t regret it - a real lifesaver. The muffins turn out tender, melt in your mouth, and taste excellent, even if they are baked without the inside. In addition to condensed milk, the batch is made with any dairy product - sour cream, milk, kefir, or without it at all. Here are several examples of desserts for you, choose and cook quickly.

Cupcake with condensed milk - a regular quick recipe

The beauty of this cake is that it cooks quickly, always comes out soft, with a wonderfully smooth taste. The perfect dessert for tea!

  • Condensed milk is an ordinary can.
  • Flour – 250 gr.
  • Testicles – 4 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 gr.
  • Baking powder – 1.5 small spoons.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • Raisins – 100 gr. (optional).
  • Sweet powder.

Remove the butter in advance so that it has time to soften. Place it in a container along with a pinch of salt. Use a mixer to beat until smooth.

Add the eggs to the mixture. Continue with the mixer, adding one at a time. Then the mass will whip up correctly.

Pour in condensed milk. Operate the device again.

Add all the flour and baking powder at once. Stir the mixture with a spoon at first.

Then beat thoroughly with a mixer. It should turn out quite watery, as in the photo.

If you decide to add raisins, roll them in flour first, then add them to the batch. Stir the contents.

Pour the dough into a mold of any design and size.

Bake at 180 o C, setting the timer for 40-45 minutes. Take out the cake, decorate with powder and run to put on some tea.

Those who already have silicone molds in their arsenal have long appreciated their advantages. Baked goods made with kefir always come out juicy and little moistened. There is no need to add filling, as it is quite tasty on its own.

  • Condensed milk – ½ cup.
  • Flour - a glass.
  • Drink – ½ glass.
  • Sweet sand - a big spoon.
  • Testicles – 2 pcs.
  • Baking soda - small spoon.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and beat until strong foam.
  2. Pour in the drink, condensed milk, beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the flour product in 2-3 additions, stirring each portion well. Leave for 5-10 minutes for the soda to start working.
  4. Distribute the dough into silicone molds, filling them 2/3 of the total size.
  5. Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 o C. Baking time is 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the desserts.

Cake with milk and boiled condensed milk - a delicious recipe

You won’t be able to add thick boiled mixture into the dough. But there is a way out - we will create a filling from it. I propose the most common method to create this. For baking we again use small silicone molds.

  • Flour – 300 gr.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 8 huge spoons.
  • Sugar – 150 gr.
  • Milk - 200 ml.
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoons.
  • Sunflower oil - 100 ml.
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until light foam.
  2. Pour in milk, sunflower oil, stir the contents again.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder, add to milk mixture in two additions. Make a batch.
  4. Pour one tablespoon of dough into the molds.
  5. Place a small spoonful of boiled condensed milk in the center and press down a little with a spoon. Top with another spoonful of watery batter.
  6. Bake at 180 o C for 30 minutes.

Frisky curd cake with condensed milk

The baked goods will be moist and heavy, which almost everyone likes. The original recipe uses boiled condensed milk. If desired, replace it with ordinary condensed milk, but choose one with a dense mixture.

  • Cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 300 gr.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Flour – 2/3 cup.
  • Baking powder – 1.5 small spoons.
  • Sweet powder.
  1. Place the boiled condensed milk in a bowl and break the eggs. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add cottage cheese, beat the mixture again.
  3. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough.
  4. Grease a mold of any configuration, lay out the dough, and smooth it out. Cover with foil.
  5. Place in the oven at a temperature of 200 o C. Baking time for the cake is 30 minutes. At the end, remove the foil so that the top of the sweet is browned. Decorate with sweet powder and invite for tea.

Cupcake based on condensed milk and sour cream

  • Flour – 2 cups.
  • Sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Condensed milk – 200 gr.
  • Sour cream 15% – 200 gr.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Baking powder - small spoon.
  • Confectionery topping, lemon glaze for decoration.
  1. Mash the eggs, adding the measured amount of sugar. Pour in condensed milk and sour cream. Stir.
  2. Add baking powder to the flour and sift. Add to sour cream mixture. Make a batch.
  3. Place the dough in an oiled ovenproof dish.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, depending on the size of the cake.

Small round buns with a savory interior have been known since the 11th century. They are made in a variety of ways - sweet, salty, with meat, cheese, herbs, jam, chocolate. Lately, muffins with condensed milk or custard are especially popular.

The birthplace of this pastry is Britain, and as for the name, ideas vary; there are English, French and German versions. Everyone agrees on one thing: the name “muffin” means small, soft bread. In the middle of the 18th century, this name began to be used in relation to baked goods. By the way, from time to time they are confused with muffins and cupcakes. In fact, these types of baking have differences, it is carefully written here.

How to bake

The muffin is actually quite small.

As many as three of these buns can fit on the palms of an adult.

The dough is very tender, melting in your mouth.

For this to happen, certain conditions must be met:

  1. Under no circumstances should you knead it too much while kneading, otherwise the dough will not rise;
  2. First you need to mix the butter and sugar, then add the eggs, add the flour little by little, and lastly add the milk. After adding each ingredient, the dough is mixed again;
  3. bake in special molds, grease them with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs;
  4. When you put the dough in the molds, do not make a “slide”. They will rise on their own in the oven. The slide will only deform the finished product, the muffins will be ugly and spread out;
  5. bake them at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. It is better to take them out when they have cooled down a little.

It is also important to choose the right condensed milk. In the midst of all the contrast, it’s easy to get confused. The first and basic rule is that it must be milk. There can be no talk of any “milk-containing products” - this is a cheap product, but it does not contain animal fat, but homogenized vegetable fat, which is actually not absorbed in the body. Condensed milk must have at least 8.5% fat content, and then the dough will come out flawless, fragrant and tender. Don’t forget to also check the expiration dates on the packaging.

Traditional recipe

This is a delicious, homemade pastry that will please all family members and guests who drop by for tea. There are many different methods: for this, a drink, sour cream and other milk products are added to the dough, or just butter, as for example, in the recipe for fragrant creamy muffins with berry inside. But the baked goods made with condensed milk are especially delicious: moderately sweet, fairly compacted, but porous, with a beautiful big top.

This recipe is also interesting because due to the sweetness of condensed milk, there is no need to add additional sugar.

Ingredients:

  • condensed milk with sugar – 5 tbsp.

  • baking powder – 0.5 tsp.

Manufacturing method:

Using a whisk, combine the eggs and condensed milk. During the mixing process, the mass will begin to foam and increase slightly in volume.

The butter needs to be melted and cooled, and only then added to the bowl with the mixture of eggs and milk.

Next, add sifted flour and baking powder into the bowl.

Now you need to mix all the ingredients well to get a smooth dough that resembles watery sour cream.

Pour the dough into the molds, leaving 1 cm from the edge. Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After turning off the oven, let the baked goods cool slightly, sprinkle with sweet powder and serve as a treat with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!

If you want to bake one large cupcake, then the indicated amount of ingredients needs to be doubled. You should also bake the cake in the oven longer - approximately 40-50 minutes.

Recipe with dumplings inside

Muffins with condensed milk inside can completely complement or even replace a celebratory pie - they are so remarkable and delicious.

And they are done quickly and simply.

What will be useful:

  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 3-4 tbsp.
  • butter - 100-125 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • condensed milk - 3-4 tbsp.
  • baking powder for dough - 1.5 tsp.

How to cook:

The recipe is easy to make; everything can be roughly divided into 2 steps - kneading the dough and forming the tasty treats.

  1. Combine butter and sugar, add sour cream and set aside for now.
  2. Sift baking powder into flour, add eggs, mix.
  3. Combine both mixtures and knead until smooth.
  4. Fill the molds with dough to one-half the size.
  5. Place a teaspoon of condensed milk in the center.
  6. We add dough so that it covers the condensed milk, but at the same time, so that by 13 it does not reach the edges.
  7. Place in the oven and bake.

Ready! You will get about 10-12 pieces.

Chocolate muffins

For this recipe, a little boiled condensed milk is useful so that it gets a slightly beige color.

With all this, it must be boiled for 30 minutes directly in a closed jar.

If this is not done, the condensed milk will simply spill and will not stay in the muffin.

What is necessary:

  • butter - 250 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • egg - 5 pcs.
  • milk - 5 tbsp. l.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  • cocoa - 1 tsp. or chocolate - 50 g
  • condensed milk - 3-4 tbsp.

How to cook:

  1. Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder. If you use chocolate, it must be dissolved in milk until smooth and added to the mixture of watery ingredients.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and eggs, add milk.
  3. Combine both mixtures and mix until smooth.
  4. Grease the molds with oil and place the dough into 1/2 size.
  5. Make a tiny depression and put in condensed milk.
  6. Cover the top with dough, up to 2/3 the size of the mold, level the surface.
  7. Bake in the oven until done.

Note to the owner:

  • To make sure the muffin is baked, pierce it with a wooden toothpick. If it is ready, the toothpick will remain dry without any dough sticking to it.
  • When baking muffins in silicone molds, you do not need to grease them with oil beforehand. If you use molds made from other materials, grease them with butter.
  • During cooking, it is important not to open the oven until the very end, otherwise the delicious caps may fall off..
  • To make the baked goods look more elegant and festive, sprinkle some sweet powder on top. Can be decorated with whipped cream, melted chocolate, etc.

Let's make a homemade cupcake with condensed milk! Fragrant, affectionate, airy, shaggy and so tasty - it is great with a cup of tea or a glass of milk. Once upon a time, this recipe for ordinary baking helped me out (there were no eggs in the refrigerator), and now I’m passing it on to you. Be sure to try this cupcake - it simply melts in your mouth, leaving behind a creamy aftertaste.

A few words about the required ingredients. I use premium quality wheat flour and butter with a fat content of at least 72%. We do not buy spreads and margarines! Condensed milk can be prepared independently using this recipe. By the way, I have also been making dough baking powder myself for a long time, and for future use - see here for a detailed description.

I offer the cupcake recipe for a multicooker (I have a Scarlett SC-411, device power 700 W, bowl size 4 l). If for some reason you have not yet received this necessary electrical appliance, you can cook the cake in a regular oven. I advise you to use a mold with a diameter of 20-24 centimeters, having previously greased it with vegetable oil (butter + flour). The baking time depends on the features of the oven, but set the temperature to 175-190 degrees and bake on a medium level until dry.

Ingredients:

Making a dish step by step:

To make this ordinary homemade cake, we will need the following ingredients: premium wheat flour, condensed milk, water, butter, lemon juice, sweet sand and vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 350 grams of premium wheat flour (sifted in advance), 2 tablespoons of sweet sand and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I have black, so with natural vanilla), 2 teaspoons (without a slide) of baking powder dough, 1 level teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything thoroughly with a fork or whisk so that all the dry ingredients are moderately distributed in consistency.

Pour a can of condensed milk (380 grams) into the dry base.

Next, pour 200 ml of slightly warm water.

Don't forget to add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, which will help the baking soda work during baking and raise the cake dough. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon - you don’t even need a mixer.

All that remains is to add 120 grams of melted and cooled butter into the cake dough.

Mix it into the dough and you can start baking.

Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of refined vegetable oil (not listed in the ingredients) or butter (take a teaspoon of the total weight), but then additionally sprinkle the surface with wheat flour (shake off the excess). This method of preparing a baking dish is called the “French shirt”. We transfer the cake batter into the bowl - it comes out medium thick, tender, holds its shape and does not spill. Level the dough with a spoon or spatula.

Cook the cake with condensed milk on the Baking mode for approximately 1 hour. I spent 70 minutes in the slow cooker. Remember that depending on the model (and therefore the power) of the electrical appliance, the baking time may vary significantly.

Leave the finished homemade cake to cool slightly in the bowl for about 5 minutes, and then remove it using the steam insert. Let the baked goods cool completely and enjoy.
