Coffee cookies

Coffee cookies

I would like to share with you a recipe for the most delicious cookies, which my family gives great pleasure to eat, and for me to cook.
It goes perfectly with a morning cup of coffee, tea, and simply won’t leave anyone indifferent. My cookie recipe is very simple and will not take much of your time and effort.

We will need:
butter – 120 grams
sugar – 75 grams
instant coffee – 1 teaspoon
cocoa powder – 25 grams
flour – 150 grams

(this recipe can, and even needs to be multiplied, as the cookies are eaten very quickly)

Manufacturing:

Add sugar to the softened butter and grind until the mixture is almost homogeneous.

Then add coffee and stir;

Pour flour into the dough (previously sifted) and mix thoroughly.

The dough comes out slightly crumbly.

Form a ball out of it, cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

I usually make cookies that are small in size, one or two “bites”. That's why I get 20 pieces. I take a heaping teaspoon of dough, roll it into a small ball and press it slightly so that it becomes a flat cake. It is a pleasure to work with this dough; it is very tender and flexible. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes, enjoying the wonderful smells that fill the whole house.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the liver cool.

Coffee cookies are ready!

It can also be sprinkled with sweet powder.

The cookies come out soft in texture, slightly crunchy, with a very pleasant coffee taste and smell. Bon appetit!

How to quickly and easily make savory and fragrant coffee shortbread cookies without baking powder with the addition of chocolate

The recipe is really simple. Place butter, sugar, egg, salt, coffee and chocolate broken into small pieces into a blender. I like to add two types of coffee, ground and instant, so the coffee aroma in the finished cookies is revealed more clearly.

Place all ingredients, excluding flour and vanilla, into a blender

Grind the products in a blender with a knife attachment.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment, place coffee cookies and leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Cool the sliced shortbread

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, remove the prepared shortbread cookies from the refrigerator and bake for 5-7 minutes. There is no point in keeping coffee-chocolate shortbread cookies in the oven until they are completely dry; they will already become crispy when they cool down. • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp. boiling water
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1.5 tbsp. cocoa

I really like small cookies, the smaller the better. So that you can pick up a full handful of these tasty little things and put them in your mouth one at a time, washing them down with fragrant tea or coffee.

The tiny coffee cookies turned out to be a real test for me and a test of perseverance and patience. The first balls I rolled were the size of cherries , after 5 minutes I already had cookies like a peach . And from the extreme dough I wanted to make a cookie the size of a watermelon .

But I pulled myself together and formed small cookies, quietly glad that I didn’t knead a double portion of dough.

Easy to make, beautiful cookies with the smell of coffee, moderately sweet and very tasty. I recommend to all! Would you risk a double portion?
