  2. The cupcakes got their name from the color of the dough – it’s really reddish. To achieve the right color, add 1 tsp to the beaten eggs. gel reddish food coloring and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Measure out 180 ml of kefir, stir in 2/3 tsp. soda
  4. Sift 220 g of premium wheat flour through a fine sieve, add 1 tsp. baking powder for dough and 2 tsp. cocoa powder, mix.

Cool the cream in the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes and decorate the cupcakes.
