    How to cook

So, first you need to defrost pink salmon. When the fish is already soft on the outside, but still frozen on the inside, carefully remove the skin from it.

    We also remove the insides.

Then we separate the fillet from the backbone and remove all the bones from it.

Cut pink salmon into small pieces.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt and fish seasoning. If you salt more than one fish, do not forget that the ratio of sugar and salt always remains 1:1.

Now we take the dish in which we will salt the fish, and pour a slightly prepared mixture onto its bottom.

We lay out pieces of pink salmon in layers and sprinkle any layer with a mixture of salt, sugar and seasoning.

Then we just need to put the fish under pressure in the refrigerator for about 8-10 hours, and the lightly salted pink salmon will be ready. Bon appetit!
