A recipe for a regular pie, which we will cook in the oven. The fragrant and tender dough is reminiscent of a cupcake in texture, and the orange slices of tangerines pleasantly set off its sweetness with the corresponding sourness. Delicious homemade baking using a tried and tested recipe is not at all difficult. Be sure to try the tangerine pie!

The highest grade wheat flour for making the dough in this recipe is used, and it is best to take butter with a fat content of at least 72%. Chicken eggs are medium in size (45-50 grams each), and the amount of sugar can be reduced slightly - it depends on your preferences. Buy tangerines without seeds and preferably with sourness, because the dough turns out quite sweet. Read this step-by-step recipe to learn how to make homemade baking powder.

Making a dish step by step:

To make a fragrant and tasty homemade tangerine pie, we will need the following ingredients: tangerines, wheat flour (I have the highest grade), granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, chicken eggs, butter (at least 72% fat), baking powder and a little salt for balance of tastes.

Immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We wash, dry and clean the tangerines. Basically, I have clementines, but it’s not that important. We divide the peeled fruits into slices, removing the snow-white fibers. It is important that there are no seeds in the slices (you want to spoil the moments of pleasure?). In this form, 400 grams of peeled tangerines with a pleasant sourness come out. By the way, I tried to make this pie with sweet clementines, but I didn’t like it because after baking they were slightly bitter.

Take a baking dish (you can use not only a round one - mine is 24 centimeters in diameter, but also a square or rectangular one). To prevent the baked goods from sticking, you can line the pan with parchment paper or create a so-called “French shirt”. Grease the pan with a thin layer of butter, then sprinkle with flour, shaking off excess. Alternatively, you can simply grease it with vegetable oil - then no flour is needed.

Let's prepare the dry mixture for the dough. Pour 250 grams of wheat flour into a bowl, add baking powder (1 teaspoon) and a pinch of small salt.

Mix everything thoroughly so that the bulk ingredients are moderately distributed throughout the entire size.

In the bowl in which we will make the dough, put 120 grams of soft butter (take it out of the refrigerator a couple of hours before and leave it at room temperature) and 200 grams of sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, which can be replaced with a pinch of vanillin, a drop of vanilla essence or extract if desired. Or you don’t have to add it if you don’t like the vanilla smell.

Grind (beat) the butter and sugar - you can use a spoon, a hand whisk or a mixer. Then, one at a time, introduce 3 medium-sized eggs. In other words, they added one thing, ground it, and only later can they break up the second or third.

When all the eggs are mixed in, add the dry flour mixture.

Tangerine pie (several recipes)

Tangerine pie

Ingredients:

– sugar – 1.5 cups

– semolina – 1 cup.

Manufacturing:

Cut 4 tangerines into slices. From 1 stack. sugar and water to cook syrup. Place circles in this syrup

tangerines and boil for 5 minutes.

Take 3 more tangerines and zest them. Then peel the tangerines and make a puree from them.

Squeeze the juice from the last tangerine. Add this juice to the syrup after boiling the tangerines.

Boil the juice and syrup until the mixture thickens slightly and evaporates. Beat 4 yolks with half a glass of sugar,

add zest, tangerine puree and semolina to the mixture. Mix everything well.

Beat the egg whites separately and carefully fold them into the tangerine batter.

Place tangerine slices in a baking dish and pour the dough on top. Bake the pie in the oven for 35 minutes at 180C.

If the pie starts to burn, cover it with foil. When the pie is ready, pour tangerine syrup over it.

Ingredients:

– vanilla sugar – 1 pack. (10 g)

– margarine – 100 g

– flour – 2 cups. (250 g, sifted)

– baking powder – 1 pack. (3 tsp)

– vegetable oil – 1/3 cup.

– tangerines – 6 – 8 pcs.

Manufacturing:

Peel the tangerines and separate them into slices. Melt margarine and cool. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white.

Add margarine, drink, vegetable oil and flour mixed with baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix everything with a spatula until smooth.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Pour the dough and smooth it out. The dough is thick but pourable. Place tangerine slices on top of the dough

pressing them a little. Place in a preheated oven at 180* for 40 minutes. Until dry skewer.

Grease the finished pie with any syrup. The pie comes out very tasty and fragrant.

Curd pie with tangerines

Ingredients:

– butter – 100 g

– sweet powder, cinnamon – – to taste

Manufacturing:

Grind the butter and flour into crumbs, add sugar and eggs. Knead well and place in the refrigerator for 40 - 50 minutes.

While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Grind cottage cheese with sugar, add yogurt and egg. Beat with a blender until smooth.

There should be no lumps of curd left.

Remove the hardened dough from the refrigerator and distribute it into a baking dish. Knead with your fingers to create edges

(so that the inside does not leak out). Pour the entrails over the dough and place tangerine slices on top. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 180C.

Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with sweet powder and cinnamon.

– tangerines – 6 – 7 pcs.

– sugar – 2 – 3 tbsp. l.

– flour – 1 tbsp. l. (without top)

– vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

Manufacturing:

use grated chocolate, sweet powder or ground cinnamon.

Combine 1 egg, sugar and softened butter and beat until smooth. Mix flour with baking powder and sift.

Combine dry and watery ingredients and mix thoroughly. Knead soft and elastic dough.

Line a baking pan with parchment. Distribute the dough throughout the pan. Create sides about 2 cm high.

and put the form with the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For this amount of dough, a mold with a diameter of 22–24 cm is suitable.

It is more convenient to use a springform baking dish.

While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling. Wash and peel the tangerines, divide them into slices and remove the snow-white film.

Prepare the filling: combine the egg, sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the pan with the dough from the refrigerator. Place tangerine slices on the dough. Pour egg and sour cream over the fruit.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180C for about 40 - 50 minutes.

The dough should be golden in color, and the inside should not spill. Cool the cake in the pan one hundred percent, transfer to a plate,

sprinkle with sweet powder, ground cinnamon or grated chocolate and cut into portions.

Tangerine pie

Ingredients:

– butter – 60 g-

– tangerines – 4 pcs. (large)

Manufacturing:

Knead the dough: heat the milk a little and dissolve the yeast in it, add butter, salt, sugar, eggs, stir everything.,

Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough until smooth. Tribute to approach 2 times.

Pass the peeled tangerines through a meat grinder, add sugar to taste to make it sweet. Pour a small portion into a cup,

set the rest to cook

Add starch to the cup, more than 2 times the amount of jelly (2 tablespoons) and stir so that there are no lumps. When the mixture boils,

add the mixture with starch and cook until thick. It's bound to turn out something like jam.

Separate a small portion of the dough.
Place the rest of the dough in a greased pan so that the edges curl at the top of the pan, let the dough rise a little and lay out the filling.
Leave the pie for 10 - 15 minutes. Bake in the oven at 200 C until done (until the pie is golden brown). Sprinkle the finished pie with sweet powder.
