Ingredients

Yeast-free pizza dough (recipe in the Dough section):

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml unstained water
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (preferably olive)
  • half a tsp salt

Interior for pizza with melted cheese:

  • 200 grams of processed cheese
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 grams of tomato paste or ketchup
  • 100 grams of smoked brisket or sausage

Recipe for making a dish at home

  1. Prepare the dough without yeast (recipe under Baking/Dough), cover it with a light towel and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare the pizza toppings. Grate the processed cheese on a large grater or cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut the brisket into thin slices, place in a dry frying pan and place on low heat. Fry the meat over low heat until lightly browned and transfer to a separate plate.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings, add another 1-2 tbsp to the pan. oil and heat. Fry the onion until golden brown for 3-4 minutes over low heat and transfer to a plate with meat. Wash the tomato, cut into 4 parts and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts (>you can use the entire amount of dough to create a pizza for the entire baking sheet or 2 round pizzas with a diameter of about 22 cm), grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, preheat the oven to 200C.
  5. Roll half of the dough into a narrow circle and place on a baking sheet. Grease the dough with tomato paste, add fried onions and brisket, then tomatoes and cover everything with melted cheese. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven.
  6. Pizza with melted cheese is cooked for about 15 minutes at the indicated temperature. Pull out the baking sheet, transfer the finished pizza to a dish, and place the 2nd circle of dough on the baking sheet, grease it with tomato paste, lay out the filling and bake until done.
  7. Serve the pizza with melted cheese hot, cut into portions and garnish with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

Dough;

  • wheat flour-300 gr,
  • instant yeast - 0.5 teaspoon,
  • salt - 1 teaspoon,
  • sugar-0.5 tablespoon,
  • butter - 1 tablespoon,
  • warm water - 200 milligrams.

  • processed cheese - 4 pieces,
  • sausages - 4 pieces,

Making pizza dough

Our dough was made in a bread maker, but if you don’t have one, you can prepare it yourself. To do this, take a bowl and pour flour into it, add quick-acting yeast, salt, sugar and mix. Then pour in warm water, not cool or hot, but specifically warm. Only it contributes to the fastest rise of the dough dough. Melt the butter in the microwave, add to the dough and knead it until it becomes elastic. Cover it with a napkin and set it aside while we prepare the filling.

Making pizza topping with melted cheese

We free the sausages from the film and cut them into circles.

We also cut small cucumbers into circles. We used frozen and already chopped tomatoes. If they are fresh, then wash them under running water, remove the stalk and cut them like other products.

Now it’s the turn of the main ingredient that will give the pizza its taste and smell, melted cheese. Remove it from the foil and cut it into thin strips.

Take a suitable form and grease it with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the table with flour and transfer the pizza dough onto it. Roll out a square or circle to suit your shape. Roll the dough onto a rolling pin and transfer it to the pan.

Cut the ham into large circles and place on the crust. Do not put too much meat, this will make the filling heavy.

Place onions in the next layer. Also cut the tomatoes into large circles and place in the next layer. Cut the reddish sweet bell pepper into thin strips and place on top of the tomatoes. You can absolutely use any vegetables of your choice. Works well when adding fried zucchini or cauliflower. Lightly salt the top of the pizza where the tomatoes and peppers are and pepper to taste.

Place the processed cheese in the freezer for a few minutes, then grate it on a large grater. On top of the cheese, add very little salt throughout the pizza since, usually, processed cheese is not salty, but rather sweet. The more cheese, the tastier it will be. But you definitely need to grate regular cheese on top of the cheese with a thin transparent layer. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the pizza in it for about 30 minutes. When the pizza starts to smell, you can check it. Inspect the readiness, focusing on the readiness of the shortbread.

  • wheat flour – 150 g;
  • warm water – 100 ml;

When it becomes difficult to use a spoon, knead with your hands. Add flour as needed. After all, its properties are different for everyone. Therefore, you may need more or less than in the recipe. The main thing is that the dough comes out soft and sticks to your hands. There is no need to hammer it. We collect them into a bun and leave them to grow warm under a towel.

Turn on the oven to heat up to 250 degrees.

Preparing the ingredients for the interior. Cut the ham into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Break the processed cheese into pieces.

Knead the grown dough. From the portion given to us, we will get two thin pizzas for the entire large baking sheet or one thick one.

If you want a thin base, divide the dough into two parts. Cover one with film and put it in the refrigerator. Place the second one on a greased baking sheet.

Grease your hands generously with oil and spread the dough over the baking sheet, stretching it and patting it with your fingers so that it takes up the entire space of the mold.

Lubricate with ketchup, sprinkle with spices to taste and desire.

Lay out the ham. Its amount can be increased or decreased depending on your own preferences. We make a light mayonnaise mesh.
