- Potatoes – 500 gr.

- Fillet – 500 gr.

- Milk – 50 ml.

How to create cutlets:

- Then proceed as desired. You can fry the cutlets or bake them in the oven. To do this, place the pieces in a mold in a row, brush with sour cream and leave for 20 minutes.
Blue whiting stuffed with cheese in the oven
Seafood and cheese combine like no other. This is an unusual recipe, since whiting is occasionally stuffed. Brynza can be replaced with regular hard cheese.
- Gutted fish - 4 carcasses without heads.

- Gutted carcasses – 600 gr.
- Big onion.
- Sour cream – 300 ml.
- Oil, lemon juice, pepper, any seasonings, salt.
How to stew blue whiting in sour cream:
- Sprinkle the prepared carcasses with lemon, season with seasonings and place in a frying pan. Fry quickly for 5 minutes.
- Place onion rings on top. Pour in sour cream and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- If you decide to cook in the oven, then put the fish in a mold, lay out the onions and immediately pour sour cream on it. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Marinated fish is a pretty thing from all sides. Good when hot, great when cool. You can cook blue whiting completely, dividing it into pieces, cutting it into fillets.
- Carcasses – 600 gr.
- Tomato sauce – 300 ml.
- Onions and carrots – generously.
- Bay leaf, a couple of cloves of garlic, lemon juice, pepper, oil and salt.
Cooking fish with marinade:
Divide the gutted fish into portions and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the onion, coarsely grate the carrots, and press the garlic cloves through a press.
Fry the onion in oil, then add the carrots and continue frying.
