Egg Fried Rice Recipe:
Instead of 2 shallots, you can take one shallot.

Boil the rice (or take yesterday's rice).

Let's pour in the eggs. Fry without touching for 30 seconds.
Add rice and mix.
Add pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. As you cook, take a look and maybe add some soy sauce.
