If you respect the catch brought by quiet hunting (even if purchased in a store) and are a fan of seafood, a salad with shrimp and mushrooms is exactly what should top your menu. Moreover, the two main ingredients can be supplemented with almost anything.

Salad with mushrooms and shrimp: recipe with cheese

The unique taste of the dish, at the same time, differs in delicacy, so it will appeal to both experimenters and conservatives. For this salad with shrimp and mushrooms, you first need to boil a chicken leg in lightly salted water, in another container - four eggs, in a third you need to cook the shrimp until ready (the third part of a kilo will be enough), and all that remains is to fry 200 grams of champignons in the company of onions .

Now you need to assemble the salad. Shrimp, mushrooms, cheese and other ingredients should be chopped. The seafood is cleaned and chopped, champignons, chicken and a couple of tomatoes are chopped into small pieces, eggs and a piece of cheese are grated, a clove or two garlic are passed through a crusher. The nuts are dry-roasted, the cherry tomatoes are divided into quarters, the chili is crumbled into rings, and the greens (mint and basil) are chopped into small pieces. The ingredients are combined, seasoned with ground pepper, salt and oil mixed with vinegar. It is better to place mushrooms and shrimp at the very top.

The Japanese have a completely different dish under this name. But the creator of the recipe gave his own salad with shrimp, mushrooms and avocado this name - for the light Asian notes in the taste. The ratio of goods is left to the discretion of the cook, since this salad should be created on the same inspiration.

First, two chopped garlic cloves are fried in hot oil. After half a minute, thin slices of mushrooms are added to them (champignons are good).
