Carefully place the eggs (using a tablespoon) into boiling salted water, return to a boil and cook until tender: quail eggs - 5 minutes, chicken eggs - about 10 minutes.
After cooking, drain the water and place the pan with the eggs under running cool water.
Cool. Clean the eggs.
Cut the chicken into cubes or grate on a large grater.
Cut the quails lengthwise into two halves and set aside for decoration (it is better to clean the quails just before decorating the salad, so that they do not get weathered).

Salad with shrimp, salmon and corn

To make this frisky salad, we will need the following ingredients:

  • large shrimps – 10-15 pcs.
  • salmon – 100 g
  • corn - 1 can
  • boiled eggs – 4 pcs.
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • parsley and dill
  • mayonnaise and salt to taste

Boil the shrimp and cut into pieces. Cut salmon, eggs and cucumbers into cubes. Mix all the ingredients with corn and chopped herbs, add salt and season with mayonnaise.
