The day before cooking, place the shrimp in a colander and place in a deep bowl. Let the shrimp slowly thaw on the top shelf of the refrigerator - with this defrosting method, they lose less water and turn out tastier and juicier than with quick defrosting.
Advice
Because We take boiled and frozen shrimp; there is no need to boil them so that they do not become hard. Therefore, we either simply defrost, draining all the liquid, or put the shrimp in a pan with salted boiling water for 1 minute, and then drain in a colander.
Carefully place the eggs (using a tablespoon) into boiling salted water, return to a boil and cook until tender: quail eggs - 5 minutes, chicken eggs - about 10 minutes.
After cooking, drain the water and place the pan with the eggs under running cool water.
Cool. Clean the eggs.
Cut the chicken into cubes or grate on a large grater.
Cut the quails lengthwise into two halves and set aside for decoration (it is better to clean the quails just before decorating the salad, so that they do not get weathered).
Cut the salmon into thin slices and cut the slices into small pieces.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them in a greens dryer or on a towel.
Prepare salad dressing.
Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic squeezer.
