Cheesecakes with chocolate

Option 1: Traditional recipe for chocolate cheesecakes

One of the best breakfast or afternoon snack options for the whole family are cheesecakes. You can take them to work or on a picnic as a fun and healthy snack. They are usually prepared from cottage cheese of varying fat content. Various ingredients are added to it, ranging from fruits and chocolate to spices and aromatic herbs. The result is delicious and fragrant homemade baked goods.

To prepare cheesecakes with chocolate, you don’t need any expensive goods. Only those that can be found in every kitchen. And even a housewife without any special culinary skills can easily master the production itself. In recipes, melted or grated chocolate, cocoa powder or chocolate drops are added to the traditional curd dough.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. cottage cheese;
  • 7-8 full tablespoons of flour;
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder;
  • dessert spoon of butter;
  • 50 gr. chocolate (not candy, but a bar);
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • one chicken egg;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Step-by-step recipe for chocolate cheesecakes

Place cottage cheese in a bowl, add salt and sugar. Beat in one egg. Mix the mixture well. Set aside for now.

Build a water bath. Melt butter with a piece of chocolate bar on it. Cool the mixture slightly.

Mix the curd base with the chocolate base. Add baking powder and some flour. Mix well. Add the rest of the flour, knead until the dough becomes thick and elastic.

Roll out the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces. Give the workpieces an oval-flattened shape.

Fry the semi-finished products in a frying pan in sunflower oil until golden brown. To prevent the curd dough from falling apart when frying or baking, add wheat or cereal flour to the base. The most dietary option is to take oatmeal. Such cheesecakes are prepared in the oven, in a frying pan in oil, or even in a slow cooker.

Another option to fry delicious cheesecakes. Bread the finished semi-finished dough products in sesame seeds or crushed nuts. It will come out extraordinary and very appetizing.

Option 2: Frisky recipe for chocolate cheesecakes in a slow cooker

Delicious cheesecakes with chocolate are obtained by adding dried fruits to the dough. This recipe doesn’t even have sugar; all the sweetness comes from raisins and dried apricots.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. grain cottage cheese;
  • two yolks from chicken eggs;
  • a handful of dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots);
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • a couple of pinches of baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil.

How to quickly make chocolate cheesecakes

Spend the most time on dried fruits, choose seedless ones. Wash them thoroughly and soak them in warm water for some time. It is necessary for the dry pieces to become soft. Later, leave the raisins whole and cut the dried apricots smaller. Place everything in a bowl.

Add cottage cheese and egg yolks. Mix well.

Add salt, baking powder and flour/cocoa powder mixture. Stir the mixture until smooth. Knead the dough until it “takes” all the flour.

Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll up semi-finished cheesecakes.

Fry the products in a frying pan with oil.

For the recipe, you can use any cocoa powder, sweet or not. Even the one designed for quick children's drinks with various additives is suitable.

Option 3: Spicy cheesecakes with chocolate

Spices will help you create ordinary cheesecakes in a more refined way. An ideal option would be a set of spices called “For sweet dishes.” But you can take a pinch of nutmeg, cardamom or a little ground ginger.

Ingredients:

  • one testicle;
  • a little (about 20-30 g) chocolate;
  • 250 gr. cottage cheese;
  • 6-7 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 0.5 dessert spoon of ground spices;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • the same amount of baking soda;
  • little sunflower oil.

How to cook

Grind the chocolate through a grater into a bowl.

Add egg, salt, cottage cheese and ground spices. It is not recommended to add a lot of spices to the curd dough; half a dessert spoon is enough. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork or spoon. You can use a blender with a chopper or a whisk.

Sift flour and baking soda into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well to get a real thick dough.

Form the dough into a sausage on a wide cutting board. Cut it into pieces. Shape any by hand into a small piece.

Fry the preparations in sunflower oil in a frying pan. The wider it is, the more cheesecakes you can fry at one time.

To create the most fragrant cheesecakes, add a little vanilla powder or seeds from a natural vanilla pod to the dough. For the most catchy smell, alcoholic drinks are consumed, for example, for 500 g. dough, take a dessert spoon of cognac or liqueur.

Option 4: Diet cheesecakes with chocolate and oatmeal

To create dietary cheesecakes with chocolate, simply use low-calorie cottage cheese and snow-white chocolate. And instead of an egg, add a banana and a little oatmeal to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • 2 spoons of small oatmeal;
  • one medium-sized banana;
  • 4 full spoons of wheat flour;
  • 40 gr. snow-white chocolate;
  • 200 gr. low-fat cottage cheese;
  • a spoonful of honey;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • for frying sunflower oil.

Step by step recipe

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place in a bowl.

Add cottage cheese, honey, salt. Beat the mixture with a blender.

Add some small oat flakes; you can use oatmeal. Sift the wheat flour here. Mix the mixture well with a spoon.

Grind the snow-white chocolate through a grater. Add to the dough, stir.

Divide the dough into pieces with a tablespoon or even a teaspoon. Roll the pieces into balls and form into a flattened shape. To ensure that the cheesecakes are perfectly baked, make the pieces thin and not large.

Fry the cheesecakes on both sides in vegetable oil in a frying pan. When golden brown, place them on layers of cardboard towel to remove excess fat. Serve chocolate cheesecakes with tea or coffee.

It is important to use only premium wheat flour for cooking. This product has the highest adhesive properties and forms a good, high-quality dough. The oatmeal for the dough must be small or in powder (flour). If you only have large oatmeal flakes like “Hercules” on hand, grind them in a coffee grinder or blender until crumbly.

Option 5: Cheesecakes with chocolate and frozen berries in the oven

Chocolate drops are often used to make various sweet baked goods. These are small pieces of snow-white, milk or dark chocolate, created for decorating desserts, pies and cakes. But, they can be added specifically to baking dough.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. cottage cheese;
  • one testicle;
  • 1-2 pinches of salt;
  • 0.5 dessert spoon of baking powder;
  • 6-7 full tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 2-3 spoons of sugar;
  • 1-2 spoons of chocolate drops;
  • approximately the same amount of frozen berries.

How to cook

Strain the curds through a fine steel sieve into a bowl. This is especially necessary if a grain product is consumed.

Add sugar, salt to the cottage cheese and beat in the egg. Mix the mixture well so that all ingredients are combined.

Add almost all the flour (not counting one spoon) to the cottage cheese. Add dough ripper. Mix everything well. The dough will be quite thick.

Separately combine chocolate chips, frozen berries and a full spoon of wheat flour. The latter can be replaced with starch.

Combine the curd base and berry-chocolate mixture. Mix, but carefully. Divide the dough into portions. This can be easily done with a tablespoon or a special one for ice cream. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it. Place the pieces on a layer of baking paper on a baking sheet with low sides.

Bake the preparations in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 220˚C for approximately 30 minutes. Serve the finished cheesecakes hot to the sweet table.

Berries make cheesecakes the most delicious and varied. In addition, you can choose various berries or even pieces of fruit. With these ingredients, everyday baking for the whole family will become the most nutritious and vitamin-rich.
