To make meatballs without rice and gravy, take the ingredients you need. The onions must be peeled and washed together with the herbs.

Transfer the minced meat into a deep bowl, chop the onion very finely.

Add breadcrumbs and egg. Salt and pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat well and beat it, it should be homogeneous.
